All bookings must be made on our website, so all you need to do is find the property of your choice, select your dates, and follow the prompts.
Please note there is no promo code field to fill in. The discount has already been applied to the rental rate.
You will receive a rental agreement by email after you make a reservation online with the discounted amount reflected. This must be reviewed and signed by you before your reservation is fully processed.
Your credit card will NOT be immediately charged upon booking. While we require a card to be on file at the time of booking, it is not charged until we receive a signed rental agreement from you.
FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
March Madness discounts are only valid for stays between now to April 30, 2023. Reservations must be made and confirmed before Friday, March 17, 2023 at 11:59PM EST. Discounts are as follows: 20% discount is valid for stays 7 nights or longer, 15% discount is valid for stays between 4 and 6 nights, and the 10% discount is valid for stays of 3 nights. The promo code MM2023 must be added within the "Comments & Special Requests" field at checkout or mentioned when making your reservation over the phone. Minimum night requirements must be met. Certain dates and properties may be excluded. Not valid for existing reservations.
