The charm of this coastal retreat begins in the home’s two-story entry. Masterfully placed windows welcome abundant natural light across the polished hardwood floors of the gracious foyer and introduce the voluminous aesthetic found throughout the residence.
A thoughtfully conceived open floor plan combines living and dining areas for a great room that is open to the kitchen. Large windows frame gorgeous fairway views and two sets of French patio doors open onto a spacious deck and screened porch, which foster inspired outdoor entertainment alongside the golf course.
The home has plenty of space for a family to spread out in. Hang out on the rear deck area to enjoy the sunshine or have your meals outside in the covered, screened porch eating area. The spacious kitchen area makes cooking meals a breeze, while the adjoining living room and a family room upstairs provide places to unwind after a long day on the courts, course, or beach! The family room has a daybed with a trundle for additional guests.

Stays of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals! The credit amount for this property is $200. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours and the process is simple! Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to any of the resort pools located on Kiawah Island (including pools at The Sandcastle, Night Heron Park, West Beach, or The Beach Club).

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Vacation Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, we will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Manager Response: Thank you so much for your helpful feedback! The master bedroom mattress has now been replaced with a high quality (and very comfortable!) new mattress. The beach access closest to the house was closed temporarily due to construction work on nearby facilities but that work has since been completed and that beach access open again. The distance from the house to Kiawah's famous 10 mile long stretch of beach is now a super convenient two minute walk! I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will stay with us again soon!
Loved everything about our vacation in Kiawah. Will definitely be back again!
Only thing to complain about was the downstairs AC system had a hard time keeping the place cool. Upstairs unit was having to work overtime.
Overall very satisfied, and we've already discussed renting this again next spring for another family vacation.
