Charming cottage is situated in one of the best locations on the Island and is a favorite spot to many vacationers. Located in the popular Sparrow Pond community and close to all of Kiawah's amenities as well as Freshfields Village, this gorgeous cottage offers upscale furnishings, renovated kitchen and baths, Wi-Fi internet, and a spacious screened in porch. There are five bedrooms with plenty of room (3 king bedrooms and 2 queens). The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and all you need to prepare meals. Full sized washer and dryer. Head downstairs to underneath the cottage where there is a game room set up with ping pong table and dart board along with a card table.
Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand. Enjoy neighborhood community pool at the end of your day on the beach or at one of the many golf courses.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
If you have the time, make a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Upscale, spa like bathrooms, BEAUTIFUL!
Kitchen has everything needed to cook and grill "at home" with large counter space. Bathrooms include beautiful upscale tile with walk in showers and diffusers for a spa aroma. Covered deck is very relaxing and the uncovered deck is private to lay out for some sun. The pool is short walk and private. So much included in this house. Wagons, chairs, and beach supplies provided! We rented bikes to ride on the beach and to the local restaurants for dinner. Golf courses and club food are all amazing! We took a few hours to ride around the island just to look at the homes. Such an amazing place!

Absolutely gorgeous home and perfect vacation rental. Great location on the island. Owners are very generous with cooking supplies, games, extra blankets, even a hair dryer! The house was immaculate! If only it had a water view I may never leave...

Wonderful vacation. We love Kiawah Island. Cottage was beautiful with all the amenities. Would stay at this location again.

Great vacation. Property was close to the beach and a pool for the kids. Well appointed with all the necessities for cooking, relaxing and entertaining. Would definitely book again!

Great Location and newly renovated
Stayed for 4 nights, great space for a family or 2 families. Lot of space, and the covered screen porch is very nice. Easy short walk to beach and pool.
