The great room is the perfect gathering space with abundant seating and calming coastal colors, while a second-story media room overlooks the living space below.
The kitchen features a beautiful custom Italian tile backsplash, recessed lighting, a large center island seating 6, and an abundance of cabinet space. A chef's paradise, the professional-grade kitchen guarantees five-star cooking for every meal. The adjacent dining room, seating 10. is perfect for gatherings of friends, family, and guests.
A spacious, luxurious master suite with a king bed is located in a private wing of the home, the perfect retreat after a long day on the beach or golf course. The newly renovated master bath features a shower and tub, as well as his and her sinks. Four guest bedroom suites (1 in the guest house over the garage with its own beverage fridge and a twin sized sofa pull out for a small child) ensure that family members and visitors are able to rest in utmost comfort. Two guest suites also have king beds, one with twin beds, and the last with extra-long twin beds. If you need space for extra guests there is a queen sized sofa pull out in the upstairs living space as well.
Some of the most charming features of this home are found in the exterior spaces. Residents will spend hours on the expansive rear deck, running the length of the house - evening chats alfresco dining with friends or watching Kiawah's incredible wildlife. 105 Pleasant Valley is an ideal retreat, perfect for endless coastal relaxation. One of our favorites is the custom artwork displayed throughout for a truly personal and colorful touch!
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
No smoking, no pets, fireplace and garage access are NOT available for guest use.
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools.

For anyone unfamiliar with Kiawah, SC, it is fairly remote with beautiful sand beaches, expensive homes and upscale golf courses. We highly recommend renting bikes as there are wonderful bike/walking paths throughout the island. There are amenities, such as, a grocery store, a few restaurants, and gift shops on the island at prices you would expect in a resort. If you want anything different, expect a 30-40 minute drive into Charleston. We also recommend bringing beach towels as those aren't provided at the property.

Our grandchildren Loved watching “Jackie” and her babies in the pond out back and were able to enjoy from a huge deck (w/plenty of seating) equipped with safety gates.

The home was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped; 3 large "family" room areas to gather or spread out. The home's location was fantastic - quick 5 min bike ride on a shaded bike trail to the beach, 10-15 min bike ride to The Sanctuary; Freshfields is close by for shopping/dining/grocery, etc We also loved trying to spot Jackie the alligator and her babies every day in the backyard pond. Can't say enough good things about this place Highly recommend!

The house does have a lovely kitchen area with high end, quality appliances and cabinetry/countertops, and a super long kitchen island, at one end there are 6 comfortable bar stools as a breakfast table, there is also a sitting room, living room, den upstairs, etc there are lots of wonderful seating areas for friends and family to spread out in the home. We hope you will be back very soon!
The location no of the property is excellent with a walkway to the beach just a fe feet away.
The house is awesome overall.

We aim for the very best guest experience and we can't do that without feedback from families like yours so we appreciate both positives and negatives. It sounds like as a whole your stay was great but we could have improved on the condition of the flooring and the Dyson charger was not working properly. I do not see that you reached out to us or tried to contact us regarding these items during your visit. It's imperative to let us know any issues upon check in so we can ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible, we would have been happy to come redo the floors, they can get dusty if the house has not been occupied for a bit and then guests come in with luggage, groceries, etc and can kick dust up, dark flooring can show more as well. We have on-site property management and in-house cleaning staff for this reason, we're always happy to touch things up to improve your experience. The homeowners also do have a second vacuum in the home (the Dyson is really more for touch ups but there is a full size electric vacuum too!) so I apologize you swept up by hand but there was a second vacuum as well to use in case you did not want any of our staff in the home. We hope you will give us another try and do let us know as soon as possible if there is anything amiss so we can assist asap.
