When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

Absolutely perfect!
We have rented a lot of homes on Kiawah Island, and 117 Halona Lane is by far my favorite. It is very centrally located. The four bedrooms are decorated beautifully, all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with
and generous sized closets. The view is absolutely incredible from the kitchen/dining/family room, and three of the four bedrooms have water views. There is not one negative thing I could say about this rental.

Amazing House
This house was perfect for a group of couples. The decor was fresh and new and light and airy. Giant picture window with a view of the marsh and wildlife. Every bedroom had a bathroom making them very private and comfortable. Great area for walking and it was surrounded by amazing bike paths. Golf club, great restaurant, and spa were within walking distance. Very convenient and highly recommend!
