Nestled in the trees, this home offers exceptional Lowcountry living with an expansive outdoor deck with BBQ grill, a screened in porch and classic Carolina coastal interiors.
All on one level, this newly updated home boasts a spacious living room just off the dining room with a custom upholstered sofa and ultra-comfortable swivel chairs and a new flat screen TV and DVD player completing the room. The gorgeous new kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances and all you need for vacation cooking. Enjoy a snack at the large breakfast bar, have a family meal at the new dining set in the open and airy dining room, or pick up some fresh seafood for a Lowcountry BBQ.
121 Surfscoter Lane offers 2,320 sq ft of living space and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with new hardwood flooring throughout. All three bedrooms are located down a quiet hallway to the right of the foyer. The king and twin bedrooms each have their own full ensuite bathrooms and the oversized king master also has a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Grill out on the open courtyard deck or relax on the enclosed screen porch after a long day at the beach, which is just a short 3 minute stroll away on the adjacent path. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with quaint Kiawah house rentals, meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.
You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to any of the resort pools located on Kiawah Island (including pools at The Sandcastle, Night Heron Park, West Beach, or The Beach Club).

Great Fall Break
We had the most relaxing fall break! Great rental property, so comfortable and quiet. We love the layout of the house around the porch. You can’t hear a thing in the living room or kitchen to the bedrooms. Which was so nice to be able to watch a movie or make breakfast without waking anyone up. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and very clean given remodel. The living room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Loved the light flow through the windows. Everything so quiet and private. Quick walk to the beach. Great kitchen for cooking in or grilling on porch. We will be back!

Wonderful
The house accommodated 3 couples on a long weekend perfectly. The interior layout of bedrooms on the right and living spaces on the left allowed for privacy when desired and comfortable communal living.
Access to the beach and bike paths was also perfect and the discount thru the local company was very convenient and appreciated.
