Newly featured plunge/dipping pool on the back deck that can be heated to up to 104 degrees with jets, perfect for warming up on a cool day or after a day on the courts/course!! A prime location with panoramic golf views, open floor plan, and abundant natural light are just a few of the elements that make this home such an ideal Kiawah Island retreat. The home offers a spacious four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and 3,416 square feet and is perfect for a large family or two families to share. This open, airy, floor plan is highlighted with a neutral coastal decor throughout. The vaulted living room ceiling with skylights makes for plentiful light! There's ample space for dining with counter seating for 6. More guests can be seated at the dining table which accommodates 8. The kitchen boasts high end, large scale appliances that, along with a nice supply of kitchen amenities, makes it a perfect place for preparing large meals for the group. The large master suite is conveniently located on the main level of the home. The bathroom includes a soaking tub with tile surround, walk-in shower, large vanity with dual sinks, and skylights.

The outside deck has an amazing golf course view and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy with dining for 8, conversation table set, and loungers.

Upstairs, there is an office area with a desk in a quiet spot if you absolutely must work while you are on vacation (though we hope you don't!). Two guest bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathrooms, offering privacy for visitors. A bonus room over the garage has ample space and bedding for all the teens/kids to hang out. With two bunk sets (twin over full) and trundles as well as bean bag chairs, loungers, TV with x box and games, Foosball table, its a paradise!

The homeowners have graciously added some helpful items for traveling with children such as beach towels, pack and play, high chair, booster, kids table and chairs, and some games and toys. Outdoors you can enjoy a game of corn hole or a jumbo jenga set!

During cooler months the pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day plus tax (four day minimum required). The pool heater is quite efficient and can heat the pool very warm for use even in colder months. No pets/smoking!

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of $300 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).

Kiawah Nearly Perfect
13 Angler Hall was a great fit for us. Plenty of space and a nice updated kitchen that we used a couple nights. Location was great just past the Vandorhorst Gate so we were just minutes to any course. We had four guys in the trip and I drew the short straw so ended up with the upstairs room with the bunk beds. I am 6-foot tall and though I might have preferred one of the other bedroom I had no problems at all in this space. If you happen to have kids it's a perfect space with lots of room. If I had to nitpick anything, the pool was pretty much useless. A hot tub would have been great in its place for my achey back!

And actually the pool is an oversized hot tub, if you pay the $50 per day heating charge we leave a remote control so you can control the jets, lights, heater, etc. We do have the information on that in the property listing description. Wonderful family friendly home
This home is really lovely. The furnishings are very nice but yet comfortable for a family. The new plunge pool is beautiful on the far end of the deck. We really felt like we were at a friends home, not just a beach rental. The added amenities like soap by the sinks and tissue boxes around the house were pleasant surprises from previous rental homes. We will be back!

Perfect Vacation House!
In a word... perfect! Our family of four (children: 9 years old and 11 years old) absolutely loved this house. Location was quiet and peaceful, and we really enjoyed proximity to the beach and golf courses. Spent most of the day at the beach. We’d ride bicycles there in the morning, come home for lunch on the deck, and then head back for more relaxation by the beach. There’s no better way to spend a week on vacation!! Kids loved being on the golf course and looking for alligators while we passed by the various ponds. Amenities at the house were top-notch and everything was spotless. Tons of useful supplies in the kitchen and the linens/towels were wonderful. Plenty of space to spread out, and the FROG was an incredible bonus for the kids (especially one morning when it rained pretty hard… and then we hit the beach as soon as the sun emerged). We’re usually pretty picky about renting vacation spots, and there’s nothing I would change about this home. We will DEFINITELY be back to 13 Angler Hall!

Enjoy
This was a great location for a family of eight. The room above the garage was perfect for children. Our 20 somethings enjoyed the foosball, as well. The view was pretty with the golf course in back. Comfortable seating. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils needed. The only negative was the upstairs bedrooms didn't cool well. By the end of the week, the ac wasn't working up there at all. Management corrected the problem. Wish it had cooled the whole week. We should have called sooner.

PERFECT Beach House!
This was our first visit to Kiawah and we literally struck gold with this home! We have done many vacation rentals and this was by far the best! Let's start with cleanliness given the current pandemic. We weren't sure if we should keep the trip or cancel, and we're so happy we decided to move forward with our visit. As soon as we unlocked the door, we could smell how clean the home was and what care was taken to ensure our safety. Kudos to the owners and management company for that!! The home had everything we needed. There were 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, so can easily accommodate multiple families. The FROG (finished room over garage) had 2 sets of bunkbeds plus a trundle under each, so can easily bunk 6 kids! Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, including the FROG, so no fighting for showers! The kitchen had everything we needed. We were worried we'd need paper products and cleaning supplies, especially bc of COVID, but the home was well stocked, including everything we needed to wash the dishes or run the dishwasher. We were able to cook each night bc we had all the utensils, pots, pans, etc we needed, including containers to hold all leftovers! And the dining room can hold 8-10 easily! We rented bicycles and bought boogie boards in town. The bike ride to the beach was literally 5 min and SO easy. We would go each morning, ride back home for lunch, and then back to the beach every afternoon. And before walking in the house, the home has a little shower outside to rinse off the sand! Again they thought of everything! The owners have literally thought about every last detail to make your stay so enjoyable! And you can't beat the cleanliness! We can't wait to go back!

The PERFECT vacation rental
My family and I have rented many houses on Kiawah Island over the last 15 years, and this house was far and above the best house we have ever rented. It is perfectly located right passed the second gate, and with beautiful views of turtle point golf course. But what makes this house so special is what you find on the inside - a beautiful home cared for so well by its lovely owners, who have provided everything in the home you could ever possibly need. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen - even a crockpot! The bunk room was the perfect place for my three kids. Everything was so clean and well cared
for, including a beautiful family room, plus ample space through out the house for “working remotely”. I really don’t know if words will suffice just how perfect this home is, and I can’t recommend it more highly. We will definitely be back to 13 Anglers Hall! We are already looking forward to it!

Our new “Home Away from Home” in Kiawah Island!!
We found a wonderful home to stay during our first trip to Kiawah Island. The house is completely updated with a beautifully appointed 1st floor master suite and two 2nd floors queen suites. The FROG (furnished room over garage) was a huge hit with our girls – you can easily sleep 6 kids in the room with fun activities (foosball, xbox, etc.) in the event of a rainy day or some down time. It felt like a clubhouse and it took our girls no time at all to fall in love with the space. We stayed as a family of four, but this home would also be ideal for a very large family or multiple families...so much space.

The home just feels right, the kitchen/family room/dining room/sun room are all tastefully designed and updated. It felt like we were staying with friends! The kitchen is fully stocked with every possible items to prepare or enjoy meals with an abundance of seating between the kitchen island, bar seating and dining room. The patio is situated right of the kitchen and living room allowing for easy indoor/outdoor living space. It has a new grill and outdoor furniture....very relaxing as you watch golfers tee off while enjoying the shade of palm trees and the breeze.

The home sets up perfectly for children of all ages – it is well equipped with stepstools in the bathrooms, a highchair, booster seat, pack and play/changing table, plenty of kids cups and dishes, toys, books, games, puzzles, and beach towels. They really thought of everything! The beach is an easy 5 - 10 minute bike ride (depending on your pace and whether you stop at the lagoon lookout to take in all the wildlife).
The house was warm, inviting, very clean and the management was extremely responsive leading up to and during our trip. Our family had an amazing trip and the house was such a great landing spot. We felt so fortunate to have such an amazing place to stay and look forward to returning to our home away from home in Kiawah sooner rather than late
