Enjoy a peaceful getaway that's still in the heart of West Beach Village at this second-floor villa on Kiawah Island! Surrounded by mature oak trees, this getaway feels like a stay in a real-life treehouse! This dog-friendly space sits alongside the Cougar Point Golf Course, offering a private deck with lagoon views and wonderful walking access to the beach, tennis courts, and beautiful bike trails.
Located in a small, private enclave of only three other villas in the Fairway Oaks section in desirable West Beach of Kiawah (we also have one other in this section if you need two units!), this charming upstairs, two bedroom, two bath villa offers peaceful (and private) lagoon views. You and your family will love the short walk to the beach, the short stroll over to the Cougar Point Golf Course, its new clubhouse along with it's great restaurant! The kitchen and living area has been renovated to create a great open-concept family living space. The outdoor deck, overlooking the serene lagoon, is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee, dining under the stars, or gathering with family and friends. The master bedroom (with private bath and king bed) overlooks the peaceful lagoon. The second bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Recent updating includes new carpeting, a new shower door in the master bath, new mattresses, and fresh paint. The Kiawah bike paths can also lead you to many interesting places on the Island, to the upscale Freshfields Village Shopping Center, to Bohicket Marina, and even out to Kiawah's majestic, championship Ocean Course, if you so desire!

The Fairway Oaks Villas are located directly adjacent to the newly renovated Cougar Point Golf Course, one of the five destination golf courses on Kiawah Island. Here in the center of West Beach Village, you'll be a few minutes' walk from the beach and the West Beach conference center. Hop on your bike and enjoy the many miles of scenic paved bike paths on the island, which even connect to Night Heron Park (less than two miles east) and Freshfields Village (two miles northwest). Historic downtown Charleston - home to some of the most acclaimed restaurants in the country - is only 24 miles northeast as well.
1 dog welcome in this home, $150 fee. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. No smoking.
This rental is located on floor 2. We also have the unit next door, a three bedroom, townhome available if you need more space for guests! Speak with us about a discount for booking both units.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required. (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Nice Christmas get away!
The property met all expectations and the description. Location was great. Rooms and layout super efficient and nice.Great matresses in all beds! Great kitchen (well equipt). Couch was a little dated and worn out/soft. Some stains on carpet, but nothing that would keep me from coming back for a weekend.Loved that it was pet friendly and I could bring my dog, who loved the beach within 5 min. walking distance.
