New to the rental market! This recently updated villa in Kiawah’s West Beach, sits along
the 16 th fairway of Cougar Point and is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. It is located
next to the Kiawah Island leisure trail and is a short bike ride to The Sanctuary and the
restaurants and shopping at Fresh Fields. Its the perfect location to take advantage of
all Kiawah has to offer!
Walking up the path to the villa, you will be greeted by beautiful trees and a view of the
golf course. The first floor plays host to all three bedrooms, each with its own updated
bathroom. The first bedroom on the right as you walk in has a queen bed and updated
accompanying bathroom. Walking down the hall on the left is another bedroom with a
king size bed, attached updated bathroom and beautiful view of the golf course. The
master bedroom across the hall with a king bed, also has beautiful views of the golf
course and a beautifully updated bathroom.
The spacious 2nd floor has an open floorplan with a guest bathroom. The kitchen has an
eat-in bar, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area has large
windows overlooking the balcony and the golf course. The large balcony is the perfect
place to relax and watch golfers play the 16 th hole. The kitchen and dining room open up
to a beautiful living room with more views of the golf course, a large TV and surround
sound making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day on the golf course or at the
beach.
No pets. No smoking allowed inside the villa.
There is no pool access with this villa.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to
use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings,
48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your
booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Lovely place
We all found the townhome quite lovely. Unfortunately, we arrived in the evening when it was dark and the lights on the address were not on so it was quite difficult to find the unit. I did tell the staff and they said they would get a hold of maintenance, however, by the time we left it still was not fixed. Also, a silly thing, but it took us a half an hour to figure out the coffee maker really feel that it should be a much simpler machine for vacationing. Overall, we found things to be very convenient and people were helpful with Things we were unsure of.

The Villa was a 3 min walk to the beach. Golf course views on back Very nice and clean for 6 people
