There is even a brand new gas grill and a 2nd fridge/freezer located in the garage to make sure everyone eats well during your stay!

No smoking, no pets, and no events (including but not limited to parties or any gathering exceeding the 12 person max limit). There are exterior security cameras present in the home one Ring camera at the front and a garage camera.
Have several guests and need more accommodation? We also have another home on the same street!
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses, including The Ocean Course, location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center. No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
If you have the time, make a short trip (30 miles) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots to explore.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. May not be available last minute. Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online.

Family Vacation
The house was awesome, great location, beautiful views, tons of room, can't say enough good things. ESPM team was fantastic as well, or second time staying through them and have been great both times. Would recommend this house and ESPM
