1391 Dunlin Ct is located in the Fairway Oaks building closest to the beach -- less than a 5-minute walk to a pristine, 10-mile long beach voted by the Travel Channel as one of America's top 10. All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor (no hauling suitcases up the stairs), with the living area on the upper floor. There are 2 master bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. The queen bedroom has an adjoining bathroom which can also be entered from the hallway. The king bedroom has its own vanity area and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the twin bedroom. This bathroom has a toilet and brand new shower. The twin bedroom, like the king bedroom, has its own vanity area. All bedrooms have large closets, as well as their own wall-mounted flat screen tvs with cable. DVR service is available on all televisions, and several of the tvs have DVD players. Laundry facilities are also located on the lower floor.

On the upper floor you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, lovely dining room, and a comfortable living room with wall-mounted large flat-screen tv and dvd player. A twin-sized sofa bed is in the living room to accomodate a 7th person. The closet just outside the powder room contains a large collection of games, puzzles, and videos for your enjoyment. You are also welcome to choose some vacation reading from a large variety of books. Relax on the deck with your loved ones, as you watch birds, deer, and squirrels in the surrounding woods.

We are a short walk to Cougar Point Golf Course, which has a brand new clubhouse and restaurant. Hop in the car for a 5-minute drive to Freshfields Village or Bohicket Marina for shopping and dining. Better yet, hop on your bike and take the bike path all the way to Freshfields! A half-hour drive takes you into Charleston with its shopping, dining, antiquing, and historical sights. Or visit one of the nearby plantations for a trip back in time. You will make memories on this vacation to last a lifetime!

We are pet friendly, but please be sure to let us know if you are planning to bring your furry friend. There is a $250 non refundable pet fee. We ask that you do your best to keep your pet off the furniture, and we encourage you to bring a crate to contain your dog when you are not in the villa.

Stays of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals (available seasonally). The credit amount for this property is $200. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more! Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the rental agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, we will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).

Great stay
Great weather and a wonderful home to stay in. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment. We’ll stick with supplies for the first 3 days too!

Great getaway by the beach
We had a wonderful stay on Kiawah. The rental was clean and well furnished but above all it was only a 5 minute stroll to the most gorgeous beach. This is a real getaway for you to enjoy. The Island is wonderful with an abundance of wildlife. ESPN were very responsive and helped provide access to a variety of gear to enhance our stay...bikes being key! 1391 Dunlin Ct. Vacation
This vacation was perfect in so many ways! This was our 2nd time staying at the 1391 Dunlin condo and this time we brought our adult kids with us. When we stayed at this house the first time, we enjoyed it so much we were hoping our family would too. Well, they did a lot!! The home layout itself really suits us. We were comfortable whenever we were in the house, morning, noon or night. The location is A+ for getting to the beach or biking anywhere on the island. So, we are already planning a fall trip to Kiawah and hoping to stay here again. Thanks for providing such a great place for our family vacation!

Relaxing setting
We had a great stay. I wasn’t expecting the stairs though. The little deck was a great breakfast spot. It was 2/10 of a mile to the beach. We took a bike ride every day.
