The gourmet kitchen features bright and glass front cabinetry, granite perimeter counters, a granite-topped beverage station with two wine refrigerators, breakfast bar with designer pendant lighting, and table space for four. Top-tier appliances include a five-burner Thermador gas cooktop, Thermador double ovens, and a Sub Zero refrigerator. The kitchen opens out to an incredible covered porch with wood clad barrel vault ceiling and with plenty of space to dine and serve refreshments.
Perfect for relaxing and entertaining, the outdoor living space offers incredible breezes and ample space to recline, enjoy refreshments, and dine al fresco. A separate dining room attends the butler’s pantry, providing a perfect place to celebrate special occasions.
The second-floor master suite is spacious and light-filled. The private retreat is complete with a library with fireplace and French doors out to the ocean front deck. A perfect place to read, the library can be sequestered with pocket doors for added privacy.
The luxurious granite-appointed master bath offers a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub. A third level den with a foosball table, sofa, and chairs provides some of the most dramatic ocean views available on Kiawah. There is a sofabed on the third level as well for extra guests.
Pool can be heated for $150 per day, four day minimum. No smoking, no pets, and no events, no exceptions will be made. For your safety, a security monitoring device is located outside the home.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Beautiful Kiawah home on Ocean course overlooking the Atlantic
Four adult couples rented this beautiful home the last week of September to celebrate a couple of the girls 60th birthdays. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the home was in wonderful condition. The location is magnificent with the ocean course right side our back door and the Atlantic in the background. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each other‘s company on both the first and second floors. The kitchen is well stocked and even has many spices for occasional indoor cooking. The outdoor decks and swimming pool are very beautiful. This home is perfectly suited for Adults where you don’t want or need to go to the beach every day. Beach access can be very cumbersome. If you plan to bring young children and go to the beach often I could see this as a major pain where you need to zigzag through the golf course to get to the beach. Not terribly far but it is certainly not a five minute ordeall. It is right on the main road which means the bike paths are right outside your front door. If your goal is to enjoy a large home that is well maintained and located right on the bike path with a magnificent rear/ocean view , where direct beach access is not important then this home is perfect for you. One last comment, we had to call management a couple of times for some small things and their response was immediate! Very good service from that perspective.

Fall Getaway
This was our 38th visit to Kiawah. If you’re looking for one of the best views on the island and one of the nicest outdoor areas, this house is for you. If you’re looking for an updated house with a great kitchen, this wouldn’t be the best choice. The weather was perfect our entire 9 day stay and it was one of our best vacations ever!

Best porch on kiawah
I have rented this home 4 times in late summer. The porch off the kitchen is the reason I keep coming back. Dinners on the large table looking over the ocean are our favorite tradition.
Updates to some bathrooms, the pool and driveway are much appreciated and look great.
However this year too many important things were not working. Elevator was not usable and in this house with kitchen 2 tall floors up, made lugging groceries very hard. Several chairs around the dining table outside were broken or missing. 2 burners were out on the range and the vent has not worked for 2 years.
I hope this year will see some attention to appliances and some love to the outside living spaces.
That said, this house is still my favorite. It has a large common space, great outdoor space, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms without the ridiculously large ostentatious bathrooms that Kiawah homes seem to love. We cook a lot and find the kitchen space convenient (when the appliances work). I love the small kitchen downstairs for overflow. And the spice cabinet is well stocked. The location is ideal if you enjoy quieter parts of Kiawah. Beach is 1/4 mile walk through the golf course and we regularly see alligators and deer.

Excellent vacation house
We had a wonderful time staying at 15 Ocean Course Dr. The house is very nice and well laid out. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking meals for families. I would recommend this Houston to anyone.

Perfect Rental Home
We traveled to Kiawah with adult children & spouses and a set of grandparents. The home has 5 bedrooms each with an attached bathroom so it was ideal for our group. The property is nicely decorated and well maintained. We had friends from the area visit us at the home as well and had plenty of space to entertain everyone. The view from the upper deck is amazing with the golf course and ocean. The property is conveniently located to all your Kiawah Island favorites. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We had a great time at Kiawah ... house looks out over #12 green and #13 tee box of the Ocean Course with #15 fairway and ocean view in the distance ... simply a beautiful view ... home is dated ... no stereo system (at least for guests) pool tile is crumbling and elevator system not working (which is important when the main living area is on the second floor) ... we regularly visit Kiawah and while the home is wonderfully located within easy walk to the beach and excellent biking .. the house needs some love

Gorgeous views of Ocean Course and Ocean
The views are incredible and the outdoor space is comfortable. The house is nice, clean, spacious, extra linens provided for the sleeper sofas, extra blankets. Both living rooms are very comfortable. 2 Laundry rooms is very helpful. Will stay here again. Had a few questions, property management company was very responsive - email is a great way to reach them.

Best ocean view!
This house is wonderful. The outdoor space is the best feature of the home--huge table outside overlooking the ocean perfect for big family dinners, generous pool and decking, comfortable furniture. The view from the deck is the best I've seen in Kiawah--the chairs overlooking the ocean were always occupied. And the beach is 1/4 mile walk through the dunes to the widest most private gorgeous part of the island.
Loved the oversized frig and appreciated a second frig for overflow. Very comfy living rooms to watch the Olympics. Bedrooms are all very nice and I prefer homes without oversized bathrooms that waste space. I loved the community space in this home and having most sleeping quarters off the main floor allows for privacy.

Fantastic Home
Had our 50th wedding anniversary with our two sons and families. This home was a bit of paradise. Not only is the layout terrific with 4 bedrooms on first floor and master, great room (both floors) and kitchen on second floor which gave privacy for all families, but the pool and extended outside grilling area and dining table were just outstanding. The view of a close treed area then the golf course and then the ocean is superior to any other home we have stayed in. It is hard too put into words just how beautiful the view was.
All appliances were top notch with all necessary china, eating utensils and the outside grill with natural gas was super and also clean. I highly reccomend this property. Thank you to the owners for sharing this piece of heaven.

Oh Those Views!
What a fabulous week on Kiawah at 15 Ocean Course! The views are spectacular! The golf course, ocean, deer, pelicans all topped off with a nearly constant ocean breeze. The outdoor dining table was perfect for nightly family dinners and great soft seating for coffer in the morning and wine in the evening. Although outdated and a bit awkward the kitchen is large and well-stocked, we were not missing anything. We had a few minor requests while we were there and the management team went above and beyond! The pictures were very accurate. Probably our best rental in 15 years. Did I mention the views?!
