Situated at the end of a quiet street on a cul-de-sac, the home enjoys peaceful lagoon and fairway views in a location that is less than a five-minute bike ride to the beach.
The residence has been meticulously maintained and updated with modern finishes and accents. The first floor features a spacious, open plan that connects the living room, dining room, kitchen, and sunroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors welcome the natural light, further enhancing the hardwood floors and crown molding.
With long views overlooking the lagoon and Turtle Point golf course, the rear deck is nearly the length of the home and ideal for grilling, dining al fresco, and enjoying the Island’s temperate climate.
Well-appointed, the kitchen boasts custom wood cabinets that provide ample storage, granite countertops and tile backsplash, and high-quality stainless steel appliances. A separate laundry room includes a utility sink and multiple cabinets for storage.
Four guest bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and plenty of closet space, offering total comfort and privacy for family and guests.
The master suite is located on the top level of the home with access to its own private balcony and sitting room. The updated master bathroom features new tile floors and soaking tub, a granite-topped vanity with his-and-hers sinks, and a large walk-in shower.
Garage is not accessible. No pets and no smoking.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of $300 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Great Rental for Big Groups!
The house was a PERFECT layout for a large group of us. Everyone had their own space and we didn't feel crammed or on top of each other, and there was also plenty of room in the common areas for us all to be together. The house was beautiful and had the amenities we would expect. We were very pleased!

Great house for a large group!
We have stayed in this home with 4 other couples, for the 3rd year in a row. Everyone loves that it has ample seating, large open spaces, and very nice bedrooms....designed for adults. The kitchen is well equipped and is large enough for everyone to congregate there. Everyone agrees that we’ll continue to book this house in the future.

Kiawah marathon weekend
We had a fabulous weekend at this home! We were here with 5 couples for the marathon. Each room has its own bathroom and the living space was ideal for gathering. We would come again!

Fall Getaway for Seven
We were a group of seven adults who came to South Carolina for our annual fall trip. The guys love to play golf, the gals love to shop, and we all loved touring both Charleston and Savannah, so this location for perfect for all!
The house was the perfect size for our group. Plenty of room to enjoy dinner together, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and bedrooms and baths for all.
The location was excellent. Beautiful surroundings with a view of the golf course, yet very quiet. We enjoyed watching the deer from the patio.

Excellent Location, spacious, clean accommodations
Rental process was easy and efficient. Accommodations were very clean and the home very well equipped. Great location 5 minutes by bike to the beach. Proximate to the golf courses and Island amenities. 5BR and 51/2 baths perfect for our family needs.

We had a lovely stay. The home is in a beautiful location and is spacious with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped and the entire place was spotless. I would highly recommend this home.

Second time at this rental...just as good as last year
Our group of 4 couples rented this house for a long weekend. The 5th couple cancelled at the last minute. We had been at this house last year at the same time. Great flow in the home, open design, very bright with many windoows, everything was super clean and the home was well stocked with towels, and kitchen needs. Everyone loved it and we will return to this house next year if it is available. Great location to ride bikes to the beach. Parking for up to 4 cars is tight but ok. Good privacy on the decks . Bedrooms are spread out so you don't feel real close to your friends at night. Bathrooms are nice and bedrooms are spacious. Master suite is super big. Communication with the ESPM folks was great through text or phone. This was an excellent rental in all aspects.

Lovely home! Just a short bike ride to the beautiful Kiawah beach. The home has been updated and has newer furniture. Also, ESPM Vacation Rental is the best - they are very responsive and easy to work with.
