This Lowcountry-style home at 18 Flyway Drive, nestled into pristine, verdant landscaping, occupies an enviable position between a wide pond and Kiawah’s immaculate ten-mile beach. Beach access is just two blocks away on Jackstay Ct, there is also an outdoor shower under the back stairs to rinse off after a long day of playing on the sand.
A wide front porch greets visitors and invites them to step through the mahogany front door flanked with sidelights. Inside, the interior is light and airy, with high shiplap ceilings, hardwood floors throughout the main living spaces, and lovely white trim.
The dining room, to the right of the foyer, has a table that will seat 8 guests. It opens to the living room, with its walls of windows and glass doors leading to the sundeck and framing the lush water views.
The adjacent open kitchen streams with natural light from windows on two sides and a skylight. The stove hood matches the white Shaker-style cabinetry, and there’s an expansive, furniture-inspired island with a gorgeous stone countertop, prep sink, and built-in shelves for cookbooks. The appliances, including a bottom-freezer refrigerator and wide-basin sink, are stainless steel, and the backsplash of pale subway tile above the Wolf® gas range makes cleanup after a big family meal a breeze. A pantry offers extra storage space, and a wine cooler keeps libations at the ready. Four seats at the kitchen counter are a great spot for the kids to grab a snack or have breakfast.

The main-level master suite offers private access to the sundeck and pond views through a large set of windows—and its spa-like master bath takes the breath away. A freestanding zinc bathtub, framed against a wall of nearly floor-to-ceiling windows, is the centerpiece. There are his-and-hers vanities with white cabinetry and pale marble countertops, pale herringbone tile, and a generously sized walk-in shower. A comfortable king bed and a desk/chair for working remotely completes the room.
Upstairs, beneath angled ceilings and dormer window seats, is an extra sitting area. The bedroom suites are spacious and bright, featuring pond views; two offer access to private balconies. There is a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is a small room downstairs with a full/twin bunk set for extra sleeping arrangements.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of $300 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Kiawah 18 Flyway
Beautiful home with wonderful kitchen open to the living area. Large master bedroom with great bathroom. The gas grill was expecially nice.
Unfortunately, ESPM responded to my call but never came to the house to fix the lock on a back door or a ceiling fan that appeared to be falling down in a bedroom.
It would also have been good to know some bikes were available in the garage so we did not have to rent as many as we did. Overall, we had a very nice experience and appreciate the homeowners having allowed us to use their beautiful home.

AMAZING HOME
Fantastic in every sense!!! Space, decor, layout, landscaping, kitchen and accommodations were all amazing!!!! I truly felt like a princess and there was enough room to accommodate everyone’s needs.

Great vacation home
The house was perfect for our vacation. There was plenty of space to spread out or gather together. We were pleasantly surprised by how stocked the kitchen was - every appliance and cookware need was available. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Lovely home
We had a great stay at 18 Flyway. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our party and the house was perfect. We loved the large and welcoming living space. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. We will keep this house on our list of Kiawah favorites!

Roomy, Gorgeous Setting for our Family Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful family beach vacation at 18 Flyway. The house is absolutely gorgeous, yet casual enough to feel perfectly relaxed in. We had eight adults and one young child and were very comfortable. The main floor is very open, creating plenty of space to gather together. We got a lot of the beach gear we needed with a credit that came with the house rental, so that made enjoying the beach even better. We also had bikes that we used to access the beach quickly. It was a ten minute bike ride to the beach and 20 minute walk there.

Wonderful!
We have rented several times in Kiawah and this house is by far our favorite. Beautifully furnished and decorated,so comfortable for 8 people. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and it was a treat to cook. A beautiful deck overlooking the lagoon. The garage was stocked with bikes and all the beach equipment we needed -and just 10 min walk to the beach.ESPM responsive and great to work with.

Kiawah transition stay
great rental. we stayed for 3 months while we worked on a house that we had purchase nearby. The house was spotless on arrival and the management company promptly responded to any minor issues that came up

Excellent rental property on Kiawah
We have vacationed on Kiawah for over 30 years and this was one of our best rentals. The home was well equipped, particularly the kitchen, and ESPM property management team was extremely professional and responsive. One of the houses air conditioners broke while we were there and they even offered to supply portable AC unit until repaired. The team followed up often on our status and I would definitely rent through ESPM again.
