188 Sandwedge Court is a charming three bedroom, two bath home nestled within the quiet Middlewoods West neighborhood just beyond Kiawah’s main gate. This welcoming home offers unspoiled views of the 16th-hole fairway of Gary Player’s Cougar Point golf course.

Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand. Cougar Point Golf Course along with the Players Pub restaurant is a short distance away or hop on a bike trail to wander around the island from this centrally located point.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
If you have the time, make a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Great location with easy access to beach;bike paths. Wonderful porch. As the unit has streaming TV service it would be beneficial to have some instructions on how to access channels. Also pre arrival information indicated 2 keys would be available however we only had one; apparently not checked before arrival.

Comfortable with a mix of old and new
We enjoyed our stay at 188 Sandwedge. The house is spacious with great views of the golf course. The kitchen looks brand new and the screened in porch is a terrific amenity. Parts of the house still feel like maintenance is needed. There’s a hole in the wall because a doorstop hasn’t been installed. Some of the ceiling lights flicker repeatedly. The handheld shower head in the master bath tub is broken. There’s at least one electrical outlet with no cover. And the beach is at least a five minute walk IF you go directly across the fairway, which proved to be tricky at times.
