ESPM Vacation Rentals proudly presents 201 Sand Fiddler! The complete renovation was done by our sister company, Byrd Builders. This pristine home is located in the popular Vanderhorst community on a quiet, cul-de-sac. Home features two master suites, a queen room with private bath, kids room with bunk beds for 6 children, two separate living areas, private pool (can be heated for $100 per day, 4 day minimum), ocean views from 3rd floor, and a short two minute walk to the beach. The spacious four bedroom 4,700 sq ft house comfortably accommodates 12 people. Home is professionally decorated with top of the line finishes and appliances. An elevator runs from the garage level up to the second floor (does not go to the top floor master suite).
Gorgeous decks on every floor! Large, landscaped yard with room to play games and let the kids run, also lends itself to the utmost privacy. You won't be disappointed!

Stays of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours and the process is simple! Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Any bookings with this particular home must have homeowner approval before a rental agreement is sent out so it may take up to 24 hours after booking to receive agreement. Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Vacation Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, we will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Perfect Rental
We really enjoyed our stay. House, all rooms, are in excellent condition. The technology in the house is high end. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes and the beach is amazing. Can sleep three families with 6 total kids comfortably. There are no improvements I would recommend. Thank you for the great experience.

Awesome Stay 201 Sand Fiddler
I brought my family and In-Laws to Kiawah for
vacation and they loved it: I have never been to Kiawah but my wife and In-laws grew up vacationing here but have not been back for many years: Our experience with ESPM and Hillary was terrific: The house was spectacular and very close to the beach: The house was in great condition and very clean and
having the pool for later afternoon swim was great: I would definitely recommend this property and hope to back in the future
