Completed in 2025 by Byrd Builders, this incredible home is a personal resort ready for your perfect Kiawah Island dream vacation! Located in the new development in Ocean Park, the home feels like an oasis within the island with easy access to the beach and the world famous Ocean Course Golf Course and Clubhouse.
There are too many amazing features to list them all, this home is the ultimate in luxury. Natural elements blend seamlessly together to create a calming environment that reflects the stunning island landscape beyond. The kitchen is a chef's paradise complete with high end appliances, tons of storage and food prep space. The cozy breakfast nook is the perfect spot for coffee and conversation. The kitchen flows nicely into the inviting living area with large picture windows that make you feel like you're up in the trees overlooking the Kiawah River. The outdoor spaces are definitely a highlight, a massive screened porch with comfortable seating, dining area and outdoor kitchen space leads to a deck with a sparkling infinity edge pool and hot tub. A deck with loungers and a fire circle makes for the place to wind down after a busy day enjoying all the Lowcountry has to offer. The master bedroom, a game room with a pool table, wet bar, and even more spectacular views completes the first level.
Each spacious guest bedroom feels like a primary suite with a spa-quality ensuite bath and king bed. There is a with a comfortable queen sized Murphy pull down bed that serves as a 5th bedroom.
Everything has been thoughtfully and meticulously laid out to ensure the best use of space possible, this home is flawless and ready for your perfect vacation!
No smoking, no pets, and no events (including but not limited to wedding receptions/rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette groups, anything going over the 12 person max limit), no exceptions will be made. Wine cellar is locked off, fireplaces are not available for guest use. Home is only available for week minimums.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Historic Charleston is only a 30 minute drive from the villa where you can have a carriage ride, visit boutique shops, walk through the open market, and enjoy dining in numerous restaurants located in the city.
As our guest, you will have access to:
** 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship
** The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online
** Free Wireless Internet Access
** Local Property Management staff on site in case of emergencies
** Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff to assist you with any needs throughout your stay
** Arrange additional housekeeping services throughout your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy)

Pinnacle of Modern Luxury
Located just past the ocean course, this retreat offers panoramic views of the low country marsh. Most of our evenings were spent lounging on the upstairs deck enjoying company to the sounds of whippoorwills as the sun set over the marsh.
The gathering points of the house including a screened porch, upstairs porch, Den with pool table, and the Great Room all had the necessary appliances to maximize your enjoyment of the space; complete with ice machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, and a grill. Once you arrive, you will not want to leave due to the completeness of this compound, and the remote location, making trips to Charleston feel like an unnecessary voyage.
The property was immaculately clean and exactly as described. ESPM Properties was responsive and made check-in seamless, and they did a wonderful job addressing any issues that arose during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and having multiple refrigerators and ice machines throughout made entertaining effortless.
We'd absolutely recommend this property for families or groups looking for a luxurious retreat. The only "downside" is you might not want to leave to explore the island!
