Upon entering through the front door of this fully furnished home, guests are greeted with a spacious living room, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, hardwood floors, a marble-surround fireplace, custom built-in bookshelves and entertainment center, a wet bar, and natural light streaming in through sliding glass doors leading to a rear deck. Just adjacent to the living room is the dining room, which also features access to the deck through sliding glass doors. A charming sunroom is located next to the dining room. Surrounded by windows, this tile-floored room makes residents feel as if Kiawah’s beautiful outdoors have been brought inside—the ideal spot for relaxing with a good book, chatting with a friend, or simply enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

Also located on the first floor is the spacious master suite, which also features vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and calming lagoon views through large windows. Stays beginning March 1st, 2020 of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours and the process is simple!

We appreciate the owners opening their lovely home for rent. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again and use this rental agency as well.

The home is perfectly suited for a variety of activities...nice large dining spaces, home entertainment room situated away from sleeping areas to minimize disruption to those early to bed and a beautiful sun room and large outdoor deck for relaxing mornings with a cup of coffee or dinners and evenings post-beach festivities. It was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware and a great set of pots, pans and utensils. Also very nice was the large ice machine in the kitchen - this definitely came in helpful to fill coolers and chill beverages for our family.
One of the best parts of this home was the close proximity to the beach. It's just a short walk down the deck stairs to the bike path, and in 5-7 minutes walking, you are at the gorgeous beach to enjoy your time off.
We love Kiawah and this was one of our most memorable and enjoyable rentals.
