Comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom 217 Sea Marsh, quiet area close to island's entrance and easy access to the shopping center and bike trails. This house has some of the best river views on Kiawah! There is also a hot tub in a unique enclosed sunroom in master suite. Master suite also has separate bath and study. The home has a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and picture windows to let in the light (and the view!). Great outdoor screened porch and decking is the perfect spot for relaxing after a day on the beach or the golf course.

Lovely kitchen with updated appliances and a dining area are perfect for preparing and eating meals together or take your meal al fresco onto the deck or screened porch to enjoy the views.

Two comfortable guest rooms, one with a king bed and one with two twins, complete this cozy West Beach home!

No pets and no smoking, no garage access.

Stays of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals! The credit amount for this property is $200. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours and the process is simple! Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Vacation Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, we will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Comfortable house, stunning view
The view from this house and four levels of decking is absolutely stunning. At high tide, the water comes very close to the house and at low tide, you can hear the clicking sounds of the marsh. When sitting on the main deck, you cannot see any houses on either side of you. It's very private. There is a marsh tower about a half a mile away to view wildlife. The house is large and comfortable. Even though the house was cleaned before we arrived, we cleaned it again ourselves, following COVID19 travel guides. However, we never found a single speck of dust or dirt. The house was spotless. The furnishings are a bit dated, but we knew that from the photos before we booked it. Also, this house is very affordable. The view is what sells it. The house provides tons of storage for your personal items and groceries. I have rented vacation homes and condos for 24 years and never had enough storage (especially grocery space) until now. Everything worked in the house as expected, with the exception of the handle on the oven door. I called the rental company, and it was repaired within 5 hours. I have worked with many rental companies in the past and they have all been good, but ESPM is exceptional. They were so helpful and supportive when we had to cancel this trip in March the day before we were supposed to arrive. I would definitely love to visit this house again. And I will check ESPM before booking any properties in the future.
