This beautiful home, 218 Yellow Throat Ln, with private pool and panoramic views of Osprey Point golf course’s No 12 fairway and green is situated in a quiet neighborhood behind Kiawah’s second security gate and is an easy bike ride down to the beach.
When you pull into the driveway of this home, you will feel like you are in the English countryside with perfectly manicured landscaping and lawns. A bike path at end of the street provides a quick bike access to the beach.
Exceptional outdoor living spaces include a saline pool with fountain jets, an extensive pool deck, and an arched loggia providing plenty of shade while dining or having morning coffee. The owners have graciously provided a box of beach items for your use.
Inside the home has several living spaces so friends and family will have ample room to spread out! The spacious kitchen is open to the main living room and is the focal point of the home. There is a lovely master suite on the first floor overlooking the pool courtyard with large, jetted soaking tub and steam shower. There is also a queen bedroom with private bath on the first floor.
The second floor has three more bedrooms and a den area that's perfect for kids and teens to hang out. House also has a Peloton stationary bike for exercising and using your app while on vacation (you can use your own account or a guest account, will need clip in shoes for use, Peloton or other brand, please use disinfectant spray after each use) and a Nespresso machine (guests need to bring or purchase their own pods). There are baby gear supplies available upon request (pack n play, diaper disposal, baby rocker, high chair, etc). This house certainly has something for everyone!
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking only. No garage access. Pool cannot be heated.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Beautiful home with exceptional landscaping
I first need to thank ESPM for extraordinary customer service. My huband and I had rented another home from someone else that turned out to be in poor repair and not clean. We had our whole family arriving the following day. I emailed the ESPM property manager and received a swift response. In two hours she had contacted the homeowner, set up the contract and made accommodations for special needs that we had. The home was well prepared and well maintained. Really exceptionally beautiful landscaping. It was an outstanding place for a peaceful family retreat.

House was great, good location, well appointed. When we got there the pool was cold( we had two toddlers who wanted in pool), we called the Rental Company and they sent a guy that day(Sunday) he fixed the problem and got the pool heater going. He stopped by later that day and the next morning to make sure the pool was warm enough for the kids. Very prompt and considerate. A couple items were left by our family and found by Housekeeping and they are shipping it to us. They went out of their way with their service. Thank you, hope to be back next spring.

Patel Vacation at 218 Yellow Throat
Overall we had a very pleasant stay. House was big enough for our family of 10. Some minor issues: The pool was not as big as the pictures led us to believe. it was more of a plunge pool. Also not enough patio chairs for 10 people to sit comfortably, only 6 chairs for the outdoor dining table. And most importantly the Kitchen wasn't stocked well with utensils such as scissors, wine stops, a working can opener, potato peeler, sufficient pots to cook for 10 people (2 very small pots don't cut it). Especially during covid, when we didn't want to eat out very much, the kitchen could've been stocked better for daily cooking use.

Great house
Beautiful house - Rental company responsive and helpful. Kiddos loved the pool- we had it heated and thank goodness. Wehad such a great time. Only suggestion would be to add some more bath towels.

Lovely and Unique
The Yellow Throat house is lovely and quite unique on Kiawah. As one can see immediately Yellow Throat is designed in a style one might describe as less Southern American and more upscale East Indian. We find the design very enjoyable, spacious and interesting. This was our second visit to Yellow Throat and our 7th winter on Kiawah. We would gladly consider staying here again.

perfect home for family reunion
We selected this home due to its location with other families on Kiawah for a reunion. all was clean, convenient and comfortable. Kitchen is a great gathering place with an outdoor patio and pool to enjoy. The rooms and bathrooms are located well to give everyone space and privacy. very satisfied with the rental.

Kiawah Island July 4th Vacation
We had a wonderful time in kiawah for the week of July 4th! The home was beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable. We had age range of 9 years old to 79 years old. We were in a great spot with a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. I would definitely return.

Family and Friends Vacation at 218 YT!
We've been biking past this home for years and always wondered what it was like inside. We were not disappointed! The home is as beautiful inside as it appears outside, with an incredibly relaxing atmosphere, beautiful landscaping and pool overlooking Osprey Point #12. We spent most mornings going for a bike ride to the beach (a short distance away) followed by coffee on the back patio. Incredible! The home features ensured everyone was very comfortable, and gathering in the Kitchen and family room areas couldn't be better. We love to cook so the Viking Stove was a real treat (we used the griddle top to make incredible Pecan Pancakes for the family one morning!). The Master bedroom suite is just amazing - the Singh Family has decorated their home superbly and we can't thank them enough for welcoming visitors. I'm hard-pressed to think of any feature we'd change in the home and definitely plan to return.
