Situated on a quiet street behind Kiawah’s second security gate, the newly constructed home at 233 Glen Abbey, recently featured in the upscale home & lifestyle magazine, The Scout Guide, is within a stroll or bike ride to Kiawah’s ten-mile beach and enjoys spectacular views of Turtle Point golf course’s no. 12 green.

From the covered front porch, a handsome arched mahogany entry door opens into the front foyer, gallery, great room, and swimming pool beyond. Comfortable and understatedly elegant, the home is dressed throughout in Caribbean heart pine flooring, three-piece crown and cove moldings, natural brick veneers, and reclaimed woodwork, and stone- and porcelain tile-appointments.

The great room features 10-foot ceilings with hand-hewn beams, a large brick hearth gas fireplace, and custom built-in shelving crafted of reclaimed timbers. Open to the dining room and kitchen, the great room’s floor-to-ceiling windows and doors open out to the covered loggia, deck, and pool. There are lounge chairs by the pool as well as a table under the loggia for dining outdoors. Gas grill also provided. Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day.

The gourmet kitchen features Caribbean heart pine flooring, custom cabinetry, brick veneer accents, polished granite counters, granite-topped center island, and high-end stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf® six-burner range with custom copper hood.

Private and luxurious, the first-floor master suite offers hardwood flooring, 10-foot ceilings, crisp trims and moldings, two large walk-in closets, room for a sitting area, and oversized windows and doors that open out to a private porch overlooking the deck and pool. The stone-appointed master bath features double vanities, frameless walk-in shower, and a claw foot tub.

Upstairs, a second master suite with private covered deck, plus three additional en suite bedrooms offer family and guests every convenience and comfort. One bedroom has two queen beds, and the other two guest bedrooms offer a single queen.

The third floor is a great spot for the kids or teens to hang out, there are a total of four twin beds and ample space as well as a convenient half bath located right in the room.

Additional features of this home include a first-floor laundry room with commercial-grade washer and dryer; second floor laundry with Bosch® washer and dryer and an elevator for ease of access throughout the home.

Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Vacation Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, we will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Would give this property and ESPM more than a 100% if possible!!!
House was gorgeous, very clean (white bathrooms kept mold or greying grout), high thread count, beautifully decorated. Felt like furnishings were new. Open floor plan. Perfect location for walk to beach, bike paths, and half way between Sanctuary (tennis, great food) and Ocean Course. Be sure to rent bikes to cover entire Island easily. ESMP's recommendation on chef exceeded all expectations...Mike Petrillo, chef, was AMAZING!!

Beautiful Home
We have been taking an annual Memorial Day trip with a handful of families from all over the East Coast for 12+ years and traditionally have gone to the Outer Banks. This year we decided to shake things up and go to Kiawah. We chose 233 Glen Abbey and could not be happier. It almost felt like we were the very first guests to visit. The home was in immaculate shape and everything we needed was provided. The furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be recently updated. Every bedroom had its own en-suite which was perfect for multiple families. The pool had to be everyone’s favorite and was absolutely stunning overlooking the golf course. All around the house exceeded our expectations!

A Great Home for Family Beach Trips
233 Glen Abbey was a perfect home for our recent family vacation. We enjoy a house which is clean, comfortable, functional, open living area design and in excellent condition.. All of these requirements were met. Our family enjoys home dining and 233 Glen Abbey was fantastic to prepare great meals and dine all together as a family.... We will surely consider this property in the future for another gathering and stay at Kiawah Island !

Perfect... :)
This home was beyond amazing. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to spend our Spring Break. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and we had a great view of the golf course. I would highly recommend this property.
