Our suggestions to make the rental experience go from good to great would be for the owners to grant access to the garage, for there to be TVs in the bedrooms (there were none), and for access to the smart TV in the living room.
There are a lot of trees surrounding the property, and debris feel often. Our cars were a constant mess and we had to physically move our bikes from the driveway up and around the home into the screened porch area any time it was going to rain. It was very frustrating not to be able to easily move things into a garage. Also, the main TV is restricted with a PIN required so we couldn't download apps for the children to use our personal accounts. This wasn't helpful on rain days or for family movie nights.
Also, please be aware that the home is on a very busy street. Cars fly by often. If you have small children like we do, please plan on being outside with them at all times.
Overall, we would stay again if there was garage access!
Manager Response: We are so glad you enjoyed the house over all and would return! The homeowners live fairly close and will come in frequently when the house is not occupied so they use the garage to store an extra car and all their own personal items, there simply isn't room in there for guests to put a car or store their own gear or we'd definitely try and work it out to where we could offer it for guest use.
