New wood floors throughout the living areas and new carpeting in master!
Nestled among beautiful Magnolias, Live Oaks and an easy short walk to the beautiful Kiawah Island beach, this adorable 4-bedroom, 4 bath beach cottage is ready for your Kiawah getaway. Offering primarily one floor living with 3 king bedrooms on the main level, this South facing house invites the cool Ocean breeze and overlooks a lagoon and the 17th hole of Cougar Golf Course. Upon entering, you are drawn to the view out of the large picture windows in the living room with a brick fireplace, a high ceiling, white painted wood beams, and French doors leading to the screened porch. The kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliance, lots of cabinets and a breakfast bar, opens to the eating area. Next to this, is a lovely sunroom with floor to ceiling windows and a wood beamed high ceiling.
The spacious master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath. Two guest rooms also feature king beds and bathrooms to ensure all guests are comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The fourth bedroom has four twin beds and a bath for added room. Perfect spot for golf groups, couples' trip, or a family ready for fun in the sun!
No smoking and no pets allowed. Garage not currently accessible for guest use.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

This house was great for a week at the beach as well as everything else Kiawah offers. Very comfortable and clean and plenty of room for 8 adults.

Practically Perfect!
This house was much larger than we expected. It’s beautifully decorated and so conveniently located. The 4 twin beds were located in an attic type space that the kids really enjoyed. There are actually 3 trundle beds as well so it could sleep 7 kids, not 4 like the listing indicates. However, it’s worth noting that the bathroom is very tiny and only small children could fit in the shower. It is not connected to the central AC unit but has its own window type unit that would make the room freezing when on or hot when off. It has a thermostat but wasn’t effective. It’s not a big deal, but we will plan to bring blankets for overnight because it got too cold (and turning it off wasn’t an option for fear of overheating while kids slept). The 3 bedrooms downstairs were spacious. Two had an en-suite but one had a bathroom right outside. That one has a small shower that would be difficult to use if you are taller than 5’6”. The washing machine and dryer were very small but we appreciated having the option. There’s a great screened in porch and large deck. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs out back by the pond/golf course. It was 90+ degrees during our stay but because of the cross breeze, it felt like a cool spring day. The backyard also had a large sandy area that would have been great for yard games. Be sure to keep your shoes on though because there were lots of sand spurs. Overall, we really loved our time here and will for sure be booking again!

Fantastic Family vacation
Second time on Kiawah with extended family and renting through ESPM. Always good communication with property manager addressing minor issues we had with property. The house is in the great shape, fully stocked and prime location. It is only 3 min drive/6 min by bike from the beach. Highly recommend to rent through this property management company.

Great house in a fantastic location
Was a perfect stay for guys golf trip. Had everything we needed and then some including 8 beds so we didn’t have to share a bed with anyone. Highly recommend.

65th Birthday trip,
Perfect, ESPM is a top a top notch outfit, the staff is professional and are on top of the properties, making sure they are in perfect condition. The home we rented had everything we needed, beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are big and plenty of towels. Kitchen was great to cook in. Location location location.

Enjoyed Our Stay
The house was comfortable and the amenities as expected. Kitchen was well equipped and comfortable for 8 adults.
There were some maintenance issues:
A/C unit on the second floor was leaking water from the condensate drain; 2nd floor towel bar and toilet paper holder were loose; Master Bedroom: Bi-fold doors kept coming off the track; at least 2 light bulbs needed replacement; Electrical switches need some labels for key locations.
The house was otherwise comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We thought it was priced fairly.

Great vacation home!
The home was clean and met the needs of our 10 person family!!! We were walking distance to the beach and a short bike ride from Night Heron park. There was plenty space for everyone to spread out and lounge including a lovely Carolina room and screened back patio! I suggested to management to add few items to the kitchen for those of us who prefer cooking instead of eating out and received good feedback about improvements. I also preferred better lighting for reading in the Carolina room and living room. We would definitely come back to this home again as my complaints were very minor and easily fixed.

Spacious, easy walk or ride to beach, quiet
Whole family stayed together, living room spacious and comfortable, extra room off dining room great for quiet space, screened in porch great for mornings and evenings, appreciated kitchen well stocked as we cooked every day and grilled too, dining room large table with bench so we could eat together, driveway large enough to accommodate cars and bikes, large outside deck area overlooking golf course and lagoon, washer and dryer small but worked well, beds comfortable, water pressure for showers great, upstairs open area with twin beds perfect for our family with extra fans available to cool, kid friendly and we brought a gate so little ones couldn’t go upstairs, ants in kitchen 1st night threw away food we had on counter, called property mgr came next day with propane tank for grill, we did leave behind 1 small item but $25 fee+shipping means someone else will enjoy it, we have stayed in several places on Kiawah and this is a favorite.

A perfect week!

This home is comfortable and cozy. Plenty of sleeping space. The rooms upstairs great for kids. The dining room and family room with nice space for the entire family. We really enjoyed our stay.

Love of Convenience
My family stayed in March of 2022 and absolutely loved the convenience of this location. Everything is literally minutes away but you feel secluded in a peaceful setting. When not exploring, we relaxed on the back deck, enjoying the natural surroundings and grilling to our heart's content. We cannot wait to schedule future visits.

Lovely place in convenient location to beach, corses and bike paths. Made for all ages with plenty of room to enjoy a cozy porch, sun room, great room and a bonus bunk room. Sunny and bright. Loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Great location!
Loved family meals on the back deck while watching the golfers come through. Easy walk/bike to the beach, too. So convenient to get to the conference center and also up to Freshfields for a quick bike. We will definitely return!
