Spectacular new build in new Kiawah community!
Canopied by magnificent, ancient oaks, this one-of-a-kind home offers the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience in the much-coveted Ocean Park community. Nestled in the trees with tons of windows, wood, and stairways throughout this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home really feels like a tree house while having all the latest in modern appliances/furnishings. The residence, a creation of award-winning architectural firm, Habitable Form, is dazzling in design and within walking distance of pristine beaches and Pete Dye's Ocean Course, host to the 2012 and 2021 PGA Championships.

The first floor's gracious, open floor plan was designed to capture ocean breezes carried in across the park. The brilliantly conceived living room is bordered by large, bi-folding doors which, when opened, becomes one expansive, covered porch--ideal for enjoyment of the mild coastal weather, lush, surrounding landscapes, and verdant park views. Additionally, over 1,400 square feet of outdoor living space encourages open-air entertaining, rain or shine, under the cover of large eaves. The beautifully appointed kitchen offers a suite of Miele® and Fisher and Paykel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a center island. The attendant dining room opens onto a welcoming, covered porch. Also located on the first floor, an en suite bedroom celebrates nature with lovely views of the rolling parkland and showcases luxury with its elegant bath and impressive walk-in closet.

Two suites on the second floor, both with comfy king beds, claim separate wings to maximize privacy for guests. Both suites feature luxury bathrooms with curbless showers and linear drains. One suite has a private entrance from the outside via an exterior staircase. Accessorized with a secluded balcony in the treetops, this guest suite also includes a bonus room with wet bar and two twin daybeds for extra guests.

White oak floors and trim are showcased throughout the home. Guests will appreciate access to car charging within the 2-car garage. A separate area below provides storage for all Kiawah adventuring needs with a large sliding door to fit kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes. Additionally, an ample storage closet at ground level is available for storing outdoor furniture cushions and a decadent outdoor shower awaits beach lovers returning from a day on the shore.

There is currently not access available to the Ocean Park Marsh House/pool due to the community bylaws. No smoking and no pets allowed in the home. Please note the house has several sets of stairs and is not the best fit for guests with mobility concerns.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Stunning Property
Beautiful Modern design property, truly felt like a treehouse with the amazing oak tree outside. Property was clean and comfortable and had all the modern amenities one would need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and we all loved the indoor/outdoor living the house provided. The process to rent chairs, bikes etc was easy and equipment delivered was in good condition and easy to use. The few minor issues we had were promptly responded to by Property Management company. Overall it was a wonderful vacation(even with all the rain) and we will definitely book this house again.

The live oak in the back makes this house!
We had a wonderful family stay at this modern treehouse! We traveled to Kiawah for a family wedding, so loved the convenience of the house to the Ocean Clubhouse and to another ESPM house down the street that more family stayed in. The house is very modern, almost a little too much at times with the fridge and dishwasher "handles" but it was a nice vacation change to decor at home. We LOVED the oak tree in the backyard and had a splendid dinner one night beneath it. Opening up the window walls and letting the air pass thru the house was a dream!

Quick bike ride to quiet beach
I always start with the positives, the house is a 5 min bike ride to the beach. The beach access is on the side of the island which allows you to bike to the far end of the island during low tide which is amazing experience. It’s also very quiet. Lots of sand dollars. This is why we choose this house. The beds very comfy. Lots of room in living room for socializing. The tree in the back is amazing view. The bike trail is in back yard. Everything stays pretty dry outside when it rained.
The negatives the kitchen sink is motion censored which had a mind of its own, the floors were dirty I dropped my pillow for a second ended up covered in saw dust or something on steps. the house is sterile like a hotel as far as decor and feeling at home. There are hidden drawers in kitchen to find even silverware was a challenge, the fridge requires a lot of strength to open and is very high up, the stove well not easy to use either nothing In the kitchen was simple to use. It was amusing but frustrating.
Espm was very quick to respond to issues. Please replace the sink in kitchen, it turns on when it wants to everyone had issues the entire time.
The free bikes were terrible we ended up renting from sea coast as we like to ride 10 miles a day and need comfy food bikes. Great for kids or teens though.
The third big bedroom with sink and couch is not attached to home you have to go outside up the steps just a fyi it’s nice separate room .

We have stayed twice a year for 30 years at different homes and villas. I’d stay again just for the beach access and end of island experience. It’s worth the kitchen hassle. The bike path conveniently located is also worth it. Plus beds being comfy is top on my list.

The pictures do not lie: this home is straight out of the pages of an architectural magazine. We wanted to get away for a relaxing trip around Charleston. We were able to attend day activities downtown and then escape to this tranquil property on Kiawah Island. Visitors will enjoy the many amenities: large outdoor spaces, a well-stocked kitchen, reliable internet, comfortable furnishings, among others. This property has a second-floor bedroom suite that is accessible from the outdoor staircase, making it perfect for guests who want separate living spaces. Techies and engineers will enjoy the modern appliances that will bewilder people who are used to handles — in this house, you knock twice to open the dishwasher; press just right to open the fridge. The best asset to this property: the property manager, Elisabeth. When we ran into difficulties, Elisabeth made sure that ESPM responded promptly and made everything right.
