Located on one of Seabrook's most coveted streets, this contemporary home affords spectacular marsh, river and ocean views with a private dock on the Kiawah river (contact Bohicket Marina to rent a boat or charter a tour!). This location has it all! Marsh, Kiawah River and ocean views, Seabrook's every-changing colors from sunrise to sunset and natural surroundings highlighted by a pod of dolphins that call the Kiawah River home, deer that frequent the area and many shore birds soaring over-head and hunting for the dinner in the marsh and river. Designed to showcase its breathtaking views, the spacious floor plan is filled with natural light from the many large windows and features expansive water views from almost every room. A dramatic two-story entry foyer greets your guests upon arrival, step through the foyer into the first floor sitting room and an open family room. There you are greeted with large windows looking out over the Kiawah River. Step out onto the porch and deck to enjoy the fabulous sunsets or walk down to the private dock which has built-in seating on the pier head and a floating dock. Also, on the first floor are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, an office and a powder room. There is a bonus room over the garage for extra space to spread out.
On up to the second floor you will find the master suite and the main living area, dining room and kitchen. The living room offers fantastic views, and a vaulted ceiling. The dining room is open to the living area, convenient to the kitchen for easy entertaining and large enough to accommodate a bevy of family and friends. The kitchen has a wood clad vaulted ceiling, center island with a gas cooktop and a breakfast nook. The upper deck is accessible from the living room and master suite. On the opposite side of the house from the kitchen sits the master suite. Vaulted ceiling, fireplace, multiple closets and a huge master bathroom with jetted tub, two-person steam shower and his and her vanities. We apologize but the fireplaces are not usable for guests due to fire codes. One dog is allowed in the home for a $250 pet fee, please notify us if you will have a dog on premises. This home is all original, it is clean and well kept but not renovated and lowered price reflects that. Big renovation plans coming this off-season stay tuned! But in the meantime, get a spacious property with a great location for a great price and bring your family dog along before the price goes up and dogs won't be allowed after the renovation project is complete.
Seabrook Island is home to a private beachfront community with two championship golf courses, a tournament grade tennis center, full-service equestrian center, fitness and aquatics complex, long unspoiled beaches, a seasonal variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues for lunch, dinner and your own private events of any size. Also located on the island proper are Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. Freshfields Village is a unique town center mix of shopping, dining and service establishments.
Seabrook Island Club Amenity Cards are available ($40 per day or $225 per week for amenity access, also a refundable deposit for card and additional fees for use of the facilities apply).
Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
Gate Pass and Parking: Max number of vehicles is 4 (including LSVs), no parking on grass, landscape, or roadways. There is a $50 charge per vehicle pass.
