A note from the house:
I was built in 1991, I look the same today as I did then! I have many flaws and far from perfect. My amazing views will distract from my imperfections. I welcome you to visit now and come back after my renovation is completed this coming winter/spring to see my transformation! I am receiving a LOT of wonderful upgrades!

This home is all original, it is clean and well kept but not renovated and lowered price reflects that. Big renovation plans coming this off-season stay tuned! But in the meantime, get a spacious property with a great location for a great price and bring your family dog along before the price goes up and dogs won't be allowed after the renovation project is complete. We apologize but the fireplaces are not usable for guests due to fire codes. One dog is allowed in the home for a $250 pet fee, please notify us if you will have a dog on premises.

Located on one of Seabrook's most coveted streets, this contemporary home affords spectacular marsh, river and ocean views with a private dock on the Kiawah river (contact Bohicket Marina to rent a boat or charter a tour!). Marsh, Kiawah River and ocean views, Seabrook's every-changing colors from sunrise to sunset and natural surroundings highlighted by a pod of dolphins that call the Kiawah River home, deer that frequent the area and many shore birds soaring over-head. Designed to showcase its breathtaking views, the spacious floor plan is filled with natural light from the many large windows and features expansive water views from almost every room. A dramatic two-story entry foyer greets your guests upon arrival, step through the foyer into the first floor sitting room and an open family room. There you are greeted with large windows looking out over the Kiawah River. Step out onto the porch and deck to enjoy the fabulous sunsets or walk down to the private dock which has built-in seating on the pier head and a floating dock. Also, on the first floor are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, an office and a powder room. There is a bonus room over the garage for extra space to spread out.

On up to the second floor you will find the master suite and the main living area, dining room and kitchen. The living room offers fantastic views, and a vaulted ceiling. The dining room is open to the living area, convenient to the kitchen for easy entertaining and large enough to accommodate a bevy of family and friends. The kitchen has a wood clad vaulted ceiling, center island with a gas cooktop and a breakfast nook. The upper deck is accessible from the living room and master suite. On the opposite side of the house from the kitchen sits the master suite. Vaulted ceiling, fireplace, multiple closets and a huge master bathroom with jetted tub, two-person steam shower and his and her vanities. The location offers everything you need to enjoy Seabrook Island's extraordinary seacoast environment where you can enjoy coastal adventures one day and peaceful serenity the nest; along with plenty of space for large families.

Seabrook Island Club Amenity Cards are available ($40 per day or $225 per week for amenity access, also a refundable deposit for card and additional fees for use of the facilities apply). Gate Pass and Parking: Max number of vehicles is 4 (including LSVs), no parking on grass, landscape, or roadways. There is a $50 charge per vehicle pass.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool.

Seabrook Island is home to a private beachfront community with two championship golf courses, a tournament grade tennis center, full-service equestrian center, fitness and aquatics complex, long unspoiled beaches, a seasonal variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues.

The most beautiful spot on the island
We had a wonderful vacation at 3125 Marshgate Drive! We knew the house was slated for an upcoming renovation and knew that some of the interior would be dated but it was still amazing, extremely clean and had so much space for our family. We rented kayaks for the week and spent almost all our time exploring the beaches across the water or kayaking and fishing in the inlet. ESPM employees were responsive and friendly when we needed help with a guest pass or anything else. Salty Dog is great for sunset dinners but the coffee/fishing/happy hour/star gazing on our pier is what I will miss most of all!
