The central great room is perfect for entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a welcoming wood-burning fireplace, and multiple seating arrangements provide optimum enjoyment of the space, and a vaulted ceiling above the fireplace utilizes skylights to brighten the room.

The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of storage, a double window for natural light, and a suite of stainless appliances with a wine chiller. A formal dining room is adjacent to the kitchen for convenient entertaining.

The master suite enjoys large windows, spacious closets, and his and hers master baths and a comfy king bed. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of $300 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
