349 Governors is a new build vacation home with the perfect mix of modern and cozy coastal charm. This family-friendly home features a pool with a safety fence (pool can be heated for $125 per day plus tax), spacious bedrooms and modern baths, a large dining area, and a screened porch. This stunning property is not only sleek, trendy, and eye-catching but focuses on functionality and family-friendly fun.
The master bedroom transports you to a tropical oasis with a boho Bali aesthetic. The second primary bedroom features a cozy atmosphere and access to the upstairs tanning deck. Additionally, there is a bonus room that can be used as a bedroom featuring a pull-out couch, or an office space and entertainment room based on your needs. 349 Governors is a home perfect for all.
The home enjoys a picture-perfect Lowcountry setting on a peaceful lagoon, surrounded by grand oaks, pines, and palmettos providing privacy and peaceful surroundings. A popular bike ride down a paved path would be over to the Marsh Island Park nature area and observation tower. The beach, championship golf, fine dining, and more are also just a bike ride or few minutes drive away.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
No smoking and no pets allowed. Please note the fireplace and garage are not accessible for guests and we do not allow events at the home. The house does have exterior monitors in the Ring doorbell, driveway, and back porch for your safety.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
TOKI license #RBL24-000177, 10 max occupancy, 4 vehicle parking, fines issued by Town of $150 and up for additional vehicles and prohibited vehicles, guests are responsible for fines incurred
