Professionally decorated in calming, coastal hues, this home has everything you'll need for a fantastic trip from the moment you walk in the door to the stunning back deck featuring your own private pool (can be heated for $100 per day, four day minimum required, will not heat when temps below 60 degrees). Every member of your group will feel right at home and comfortable in their own space, from the discriminating chef cooking meals in the spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space for meal prep and high end appliances, the kids will love the adorable bunk room that's set up just for them, and parents especially will love the fence surrounding the pool to keep little ones safe. The whole group will enjoy the open floor plan, it makes entertaining and gathering a breeze!

The home enjoys a picture-perfect Lowcountry setting on a peaceful lagoon, surrounded by grand oaks, pines, and palmettos providing privacy and peaceful surroundings. A popular bike ride down a paved path would be over to the Marsh Island Park nature area and observation tower. The beach, championship golf, fine dining, and more are also just a bike ride or few minutes drive away.

The master bedroom is its own sanctuary and enjoys a gorgeous ensuite bath with soaking tub and large shower. The guest bedrooms include two queen rooms and a room with two bunks, great set up for a large family or multiple families! Each bedroom has its own private bath.

Finally, your grill master will love the outdoor kitchen/grilling area, complete with a comfortable seating area perfect for dining al fresco, enjoying morning coffee, and watching the game on the TV right by the grill! Perfect definitely describes this one of a kind Kiawah Island treasure!

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

No smoking and no pets allowed. Please note the fireplace and garage are not accessible for guests and we do not allow events at the home. The house does have exterior monitors in the Ring doorbell, driveway, and back porch for your safety.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
