3569 Shipwatch Road is a unique, bright Boho-style "treehouse" one-bedroom villa, located on the 2nd floor in the very popular Seascape Villas community in the heart of Kiawah’s West Beach Village and is a short stroll to Boardwalk #7, the Cougar Point club house and golf course.
Expansive sliding glass doors welcome natural light, and open from the living room out to the screened porch. Nestled amidst the Kiawah foliage and overlooking maritime forest views, the porch provides the perfect spot to listen to the sounds of nature while relaxing. The living room also features a sleeper sofa (with a comfortable memory foam mattress) for an extra guest.
The owners of this wonderful hideaway spot have thoughtfully considered every need as they have included a selection of books and games, beach towels, chairs and cart plus toys, high speed internet with a desk perfect for taking those video calls and meetings, and a fully stocked kitchen which even includes an Instapot!
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking only. Grills are not allowed.
As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

2 Sisters Getting 2gether 4 Fun & Sun
We loved it! Everyone was so kind and helpful! The location was perfect for all our needs and fun! The beach was just steps away and renting the beach wagon for our umbrella and snacks was wonderful! The villa was both comfortable and beautiful. It had everything we needed to cook up a feast after our beach excursion!!

You won’t be disappointed!!
This rental met all the expectations as we came to Kiawah Island for the first time. We wanted nice quiet beach and surroundings and that it was!
All amenities you would ever need. We especially enjoyed the fact we had the beach chairs to use you supply. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, sweet place
Beautiful, sweet place. We loved the proximity to the beach and fresh fields. Great amenities and comfortable areas to relax. Loved the patio and the lights.. the deer 🦌 were so sweet too!

Always Perfect!
We’ve stayed at this location a few times now and it is just perfect! Everything is very clean and the location is so close and convenient to the beach. We also love the bikes that come with the rental!

We had a wonderful trip to the beach this year. 3569 Shipwatch Rd was AWESOME! It was so convenient to the beach and had everything we needed. The beach gear was also a major plus! The space was very clean and the back porch a great place to relax after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay again!

Exceptional place
This is recently remodeled and nicely decorated condo, 5 min walk to the beach. It is very quiet place, you see your neighbors but you do not hear them. Squeaky clean, comfortable bed and very good AC. Excellent communication with rental agency, they even gave us some vouchers for free beach stuff and bikes. Overall great.

A Great Little House
Gorgeous little place. Just immaculate. Very comfortable. The screen porch is a heck of a way to begin your day and end your evening; if it rains, count yourself lucky to sit out there and experience the jungle while you have a drink. (I did see a snake, but what're you gonna do? It's a jungle.) Very short walk to the beach. There was a small, wacky mechanical issue with something and Mike with ESPM got out there and solved it way faster than I expected. He's awesome. If you plan to spend a lot of time in Charleston, just know it's a bit of a haul. But Kiawah in general and the Treehouse in particular are so gorgeous and relaxing... who really needs Charleston? In summary, a wonderful place to spend a week (or two).

Tree house
We had a wonderful time in Kiawah Island. The condo was exactly what we were expecting, beautiful & modern, clean & well equipped. We enjoyed the lanai. The condo is really 3 minutes from the beach! The Freshfield Village is a fun place to visit, nice boutiques & restaurants. We loved biking on the beach. Having VayK Gear delivered beach chairs, umbrella & bikes made our life easier. We would definitely loves to come back to the same condo.

Nice location, good amenities
The condo itself had a very good location and was very close to the beach. We loved the decor and the updated look, however the couch was not very comfortable in the living room. The porch also had very uncomfortable furniture that was too small and prevented us from using the nice screened porch much. The kitchen was well outfitted and the blender was a nice touch! The bedroom mattress was very comfortable, but it had a plastic mattress protector on it that made sleeping very hot and uncomfortable. I would suggest removing it so guests get a good nights sleep. There was also construction going on in the building we were located in. It was disruptive and noisy in the mornings. It would have been good to be notified of this prior. There is also a larger construction project going on down the street (a large hotel being built). That’s was noisy as well. Again, guest should be made aware. Overall the condo is very nice and updated with a good location. If the couch and porch furniture were more comfortable it would be nearly perfect. The construction I know the owners can’t help, but the management should make renters aware.

Manager Response: Thank you so much for the excellent feedback! I do apologize about the area construction, we were not made aware of any projects going on during your visit, there was a minor one planned just after they may have been setting up in preparation for, but I assure you if we get notice of any work we certainly notify our guests as soon as possible. The hotel construction is over a mile away, we haven't had any other guests notice a noise issue with that fortunately, if you drive down that area it could be loud but shouldn't be able to be heard from the unit itself. Thanks again for the information, we hope you will be back soon!
Perfect Rental For Kiawah Island Marathon
The condo was spotless and well stocked (laundry detergent, dishes, etc.). The building is a very short walk from the start of the Kiawah Marathon. Management was very helpful, and answered all of our questions. We really enjoyed our stay.
