This relatively new coastal home built in 2015 welcomes you with contemporary charm at its finest, as you ascend the front steps and through the attractive mahogany and glass front door into the interior's spacious open floorplan. The use of rich woods in its architectural details is delightfully apparent throughout the house whether in the beadboard lining hallways, wide plank tongue-in-groove walls or wood ceilings, and dark wood framed doors contrasting white molding adorning the ceiling edges.
Opening to the dining room and a living room, the large great room showcases gleaming oak hardwood floors throughout, modern lighting fixtures, a gas fireplace with a limestone surround, glass French doors leading to a wood-accented sunroom, as well as windows the length of the back of the house maximizing residents' enjoyment of the expansive marsh views.
The kitchen is sure to delight any chef, featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, modern lighting fixtures, and a breakfast bar. On the third floor, two guest rooms enjoy breathtaking marsh views, with generous en suite bathrooms, one with dual vanities. The "kids'" room features 4 twin beds and the homeowners have graciously included toys, a pack and play crib, bed rails that you can add to a bed, and a baby bathtub to make traveling with every member of the family easy and fun!
No pets, no smoking, and no events allowed.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of $300 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
