The palatial palace at 38 Surfsong Road lies directly on the Atlantic Ocean, separated from the soft sands of the beach and the soothing sounds of the waves only by the graceful flow of sand dunes, access provided by a private boardwalk.
In the front, this beautifully landscaped residence charms with pale shingle siding accented by round porch columns and gracefully curving dormer windows. From the rear, it is awe-inspiring. Three stories of balconies overlook the sea, flanked by two round turrets with wraparound windows. A brilliant blue pool invites private relaxation just steps down from a columned terrace, while a spa and wide, private deck rise beside its waters.
Ascend the staircase to the second floor to find a spacious great room with even more spectacular views of the blue ocean waters through floor-to-ceiling windows.
A generous kitchen with granite countertops, arched window over the sink features ocean views, a center island offers a gas cooktop in addition to the kitchen's corner wall ovens, and a wide breakfast bar invites guests to linger as the chef prepares the meal.
The dining room, placed in the second story of the eastern turret, is spectacular with wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows. To the opposite side of the great room, in the western turret, French doors lead to a sitting room reminiscent of a sunroom, equally spectacular in its views of the Atlantic Ocean spreading to the horizon. In both, a glass door opens to the second-story balcony with its sights and sounds of the surf.
The primary suite also opens off the light-filled sitting room. Here, a fireplace set into a richly paneled wall welcomes you to their private sanctuary. In the bath are his-and-hers vanities and a large Jacuzzi bathtub set below wide, sunlit windows.
Additional delights on this floor include a separate butler's pantry with a tall wine cooler and a summer kitchen with a large built-in grill, sink, and patio seating overlooking the views.

No smoking, no pets, and no events are permitted, no exceptions will be made. The house only rents for week minimums throughout the year. For your safety, a security monitoring device is located outside the home and the fireplace is not for guests.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward gear rental. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings.
