Commanding attention with its wood shake exterior and asphalt shingle roof, this home stands as a testament to timeless design. Enjoy unobstructed marsh views from the infinity edge pool, creating a tranquil backdrop for relaxation and outdoor gatherings.
This residence invites you to experience the epitome of coastal living. Architectural accents abound, from the beamed ceilings in the living room to the coffered ceiling over the kitchen and dining area adorned with beadboard. Ash-colored hardwood floors flow seamlessly throughout, creating an atmosphere of understated elegance.

The great room offers an open plan from the living and dining areas to the kitchen. The living room features a gas fireplace and stone surround with built-ins for storage or display. The kitchen, a chef's haven, boasts stainless steel appliances, a Wolf oven, granite countertops, and an island with counter seating. A butler's pantry adds a touch of practicality to this culinary space. The dining area opens to an elegant screened porch with 180-degree marsh views, providing a picturesque setting for every meal. For more formal occasions, a dedicated dining room off the kitchen awaits.

The primary suites are havens of luxury, each offering its own unique charm. The main floor hosts a spacious secondary primary suite with an en suite featuring a tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, a built-in tub, and a dual vanity. The second floor proffers a beautiful primary suite with a private deck offering glorious views, a spa-like bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and a tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. The second floor also includes two additional suites as well as a home office with a long window seat completing the second-floor layout.

The third floor adds versatility with a charming kids room, a sitting area with corner bank seating, built-in shelving, and a large bath with a double vanity. Outdoor living spaces are woven throughout the space, including a covered porch and the swimming pool that reaches out to the marsh.

No smoking, no pets, and no events, no exceptions will be made. Elevator at home is restricted to use for guests with mobility challenges only and only available upon request/approval. Pool has an electric heater and can be heated during shoulder seasons ($50 per day), electric heaters are not able to keep up in temps consistently under 50 degrees so it is not for use in winter.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Beautiful Marsh Front Home
Such a delight to stay in this beautiful marsh front home with our extended family! Always love booking with ESPM! Although we were greeted with some issues with things not working at our rental, ESPM was quick to respond and solved all our problems with the rental right away! We will definitely book with ESPM again and, if available, this house!

Our family had a week stay during the summer here, and we wish we could have stayed an extra week! We’re a family of 4 with two teenage boys, and we visit Kiawah with stays in Vanderhorst 5-6 times a year. We stay in homes with beachfront views, golf views, lagoon views, and marsh views. This is one of our favorite homes in Kiawah! The marsh & river views are amazing, with plenty of wildlife to see, watching the tide come and go in the channels, and the solitude that comes on this side of the island is free of traffic and noise - a very tranquil and peaceful feel. Falcon Point gives you plenty of places to walk or run, with beautiful views at every turn. This home has been recently renovated, and looks brand new inside! The owners have done an exquisite job with professional design and decor, and the home has a very roomy but warm feeling - there are gathering areas all over, and while the home has an open concept, with intimate spaces. Technology is updated, kitchen is well appointed, garage access, and the third floor is a fabulous oasis to a teenager or a dedicated area for kids. The mature landscape provides shade to the exterior, and the pool is the perfect size for a swim or a soak. The living area outside for lounging or the large dining table provides shade from the sun deck, adn the edge of the infinity pool provides a great spot to watch the river marsh. We loved this home and appreciate the extra touches that the owners put into this house to make it a home, rather than a rental property. The perfect oasis!
This house is top to bottom stunning! We visited with 2 different families and we had the best time! The kitchen is perfect for entertaining - we ate almost every meal on the beautiful screened in porch overlooking the marsh! The kids loved the pool and the top floor was their hangout spot! The home was decorated wonderfully and felt more like a home and less like a rental! This house has something for everyone, will definitely be returning! Can't wait to come back!
