This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely renovated, cottage is the ideal property for your next stay at Kiawah Island. 4182 Baldpate Court is located on a quiet cul-de-sac enviably close to Kiawah’s pristine beach, the five-star Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park, and the shops and eateries of East Beach Village. This stunning cottage offers beautiful scenic woods views from its screened-in porch, balcony and deck. With unique furnishings selected by design professionals and upscale countertops and appliances, your luxurious vacation experience awaits.

House does allow one dog under 50 lbs for a $225 pet fee.

No smoking permitted. Fireplace is not usable.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.


Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

We had a wonderful time!! We loved the space and layout. The kitchen was amazingly well appointed and we were able to cook for our family fairly effortlessly. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the accommodations and hope to return next year!

Perfect Kiawah Vacation!
2024 Kiawah Vacation was perfect! We loved the rental home at 4182 Bald Pate! It was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen well appointed and the screened porch was a favorite spot for our morning coffee. This location is very close to beach access at Boardwalk 18 by either bike or walking and there’s a parking lot across from access if you need to drive. Property was across the street from Night Heron Park, The Nest Cafe and the pool area. Highly recommend! Thank you ESPM for excellent communication and follow up before, during and after our stay!

Great beach house in quiet section
This is a great house and a great location on Kiawah Island. We really enjoyed the large spacious kitchen and dining area. The outdoor porch was very nice, but had some stains on the chair cushions. Overall a great property though there are a few issues that we found. There's black mold on the vent in the Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the ceiling fans did not work in the living room. We did not bring this up to anyone but I'm sure that they would have addressed it if I did.

We have let maintenance know to fix ceiling fan in the living room and we have already cleaned up the mildew on the bathroom vents, common problem in bathrooms since its so humid in there! Beautiful Cottage on Kiawah Island
The recently updated cottage was beautiful! The beds were wonderfully comfortable. We couldn’t believe all the kitchen supplies available to us. Choice of Keurig and drip coffeemaker. Pots and pans galore. The unit was exceptionally clean and there were very nice televisions in each room. In four days, we played golf, bicycled, went to the beach, went out for dinner and went swimming.

Great location
We’ve been to Kiawah dozens of times and really like the Night Heron cottages. Overall this was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The dishwasher needs to be reinstalled as the kickplate was loose and made closing it difficult.

Enjoyed ou stay!
Perfect property in a quiet area, house was beautiful, clean, homey & comfy.. We rented bikes & loved all of the bike paths. Located near the beach, restaurants & grocery store. Perfect for our Girl’s Trip.
