Welcome to 4207 Mariners Watch in East Beach, featuring stunning ocean views with beach access on Boardwalk 17. This fully renovated three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2nd floor villa offers a modern, open kitchen that flows into the living and dining areas. Enjoy the light-filled space with sliding doors leading to a deck overlooking Kiawah's pristine beach. Conveniently located near Night Heron Park and The Nest. Enjoy luxury and comfort in a prime location with some of the island's best views!
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).
There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island. There are several steps leading up to the villa.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

A Great Getaway on the Beach
Beautifully maintained beachfront property overlooking Kiawah Island beach, near Night Heron Park. 5 stars on everything, and it was at least as nice as the online pictures showed. Well-supplied with amenities for a one week stay for two couples, and the place was immaculate. Seeing the online pictures again after returning home, I want to go back!

We have stayed all over Kiawah and this was the cleanest, most well stocked and designed place we have ever rented. This also has the best view of anywhere we have stayed!
It was the perfect spot for our family. The kids had a blast exploring the beach and spotting wildlife around the island. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind after a busy day.
The location was ideal, with quick access to family-friendly restaurants, Night Heron Park and the pool.
We can’t wait to come back—this condo truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable Kiawah Island vacation!

We stayed here in February and were surprised at how large the space felt with the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. Our 3 kids had plenty of room to play and the views felt like we were on a ship right out on the ocean! The walk to the beach is very short and was easy to pop back in for lunch or to grab something we forgot. Also the ability to walk over to all of the night heron park activities and the Nest for an easy dinner is an amazing perk. We look forward to staying here again very soon!

A Priceless view
This Townhouse was absolutely prefect for our family of 4. The views from the Primary Bedroom, family room, deck and the sitting area were priceless. We also loved that the kitchen was well equipped so we could enjoy a meal or two from the deck looking out over the beach and ocean. We will stay again for sure!

Relaxing Getaway
This villa is stunning! Newly renovated and you can tell that the owners and property management company take care of it! It was very clean upon arrival and the reservations lady was very helpful to book it! We really enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back!

FANTASTIC STAY
This lovely villa is truly one of a kind! The views of the ocean are immaculate, it was lovely to eat dinner on the porch every night! We brought our whole family and everyone enjoyed the villa- it was well equipped with everything we needed and the owners even have beach towels for guests to use which is huge! The stairs were no problem, the villa on the first floor cannot view the beach due to the brush so we were super happy to get a higher view! We will be coming back soon!

Beautiful and clean!
We have been renting on Kiawah for 34 years and this is by far the cleanest and nicest stay we have had. I am not one to normally write a review but this well-furnished, fully-stocked and with beautiful views villa deserves a review. When you arrive your parking spot is right next to the steps up to the villa.The glimpse of the beach and ocean as you walk up the stairs is the sweetest breath of fresh air to welcome you. When you walk in you see fresh hardwood floors, a renovated and open concept kitchen with beautiful views right to the beach. The bedrooms are each beautifully decorated and inviting. Our family of 5 could stay here comfortably for months! We really enjoyed the kitchen and the large master bathroom. The easy walk right out onto the beach with access to an outdoor shower on the boardwalk made taking kids to the beach a breeze. I just wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed our week here and already plan to come back again next year!

Beautiful views
The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. Exceptionally well equipped. Very helpful management staff. Only issue: too many stairs to reach the unit.
