The open living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for both daily living and entertaining, centered around a large gas log fireplace with a textured stone surround and custom built-ins. The kitchen is both functional and visually striking, with extensive custom cabinetry, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, and a ceiling-height biscuit tile backsplash. A professional-grade Viking® range with six gas burners anchors the space, paired with double ovens, a chimney hood, and Signature Kitchen Suite refrigeration and dishwasher. A nearby wet bar with wine storage and ice maker, along with a pantry supports effortless hosting and convenient main-level living. The main level includes both the primary suite and a private guest suite. The primary suite offers a spa-inspired bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a frameless glass shower. The guest suite provides comfortable accommodations for visitors with close proximity to the main living areas. Upstairs, two bedrooms feature en suite baths, while two additional bedrooms share a well-appointed hall bath. A flex space on the second floor is ideal for a private office. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed. There is a camera on the back porch pool area for security.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
