Exceptional River views can be enjoyed from this recently renovated, three bedrooms, two bath cottage in Inlet Cove's gated community. 43 Sunlet Bend has new hardwood floors throughout the living areas. It has three bedrooms with one king-size bed, one queen, and two twins which can accommodate up to six guests. This cottage is the ideal place for a family vacation. The enclosed porch at the back of the rental is great for watching dolphins play or the gorgeous sunsets. A gas grill is also available for use. The outdoor shower provides both hot and cold water. The Inlet Cove Cottages have a community pool (available seasonally) and crabbing dock (no boats please).

Location was absolutely beautiful, house was wonderful, space below was much better than photographed and expected. The house does shake when people walk given that it is on stilts, which was disconcerting before we knew what was happening (I noticed it mostly while lying in bed at night while others were still up and about in the house), and did not in any way dampen our wonderful experience.

This is a beautiful unit so close to the water you could practically fish from the deck off the kitchen!! (But you don’t need to because there’s plenty of space by the seawall to get your line wet.) if fishing isn’t your thing relax in the comfortable chairs inside or out to just watch the dolphins swim by or the beautiful birds!! Well decorated and stocked (could use a blender). 5 minute walk to the beach. Love everything about it!

Kiawah riverfront perfect for fishing, birding, nature, sunsets
House was as described and pictured. Fabulous outdoor space underneath cottage with multiple seating areas and nice big table. We spent almost all days just hanging out here. My husband fished 24/7 off the seawall and caught the most fish he's ever caught at Kiawah including trout, red drum, pinfish, croaker, whiting, a 5 foot sand bar shark, and a cow nose ray. We love the Inlet Cove area for convenience to shopping, beach and on/ff island. Views from upstairs were unbeatable, marsh, sunsets, lots of birds, dolphins ....house was comfortable, beds good, kitchen well stocked. Our only suggestion might be a good deep clean ( under furniture, etc...)

A breathtaking experience ...

A Sacred Place
We have been coming to Kiawah for over 20 years always preferring to stay on the river. With their newly renovated place and prime location as close to the river as one can get we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and closed in porch of the place. We’ve already rented for next year!

Perfect location for bird watching
At the last minute we were told the house we had reserved had a roof leak and would be relocated to another house. I was slightly worried as I had wanted a house on the river so we could bird watch. Not only were we relocated to a house in the same neighborhood, but one on the river.
Between bird watching, bike riding and preparing meals together, we throughly enjoyed ourselves. This house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen, though tight quarters, was well stocked with cooking supplies. Decent grater, check. Decent pots and pans, check. Glasses, silverware, cutting boards, check! The lower “sunset” deck was perfect for pre-dinner cocktails with lots of space to spread out.
The management team were very responsive and our needs were met with professionalism.
Would return again.

Peaceful river paradise!!
We’ve stayed at this rental multiple times! It is the best spot for quiet seclusion and gorgeous views of wildlife, changing tidal scenes, sunsets, etc.!! It’s amazing. :)) (you’ll see many dolphin daily!)
The house is beautifully decorated and has all you need in the kitchen and home for the perfect vacation. The deck below is directly on the water and like having an extra room to enjoy! Hammocks, rocking chairs, & other nice furniture. It’s fabulous. We will return & highly recommend. ����❤️

Exceptional in every way
This gorgeous home is a spotless, well-appointed, recent renovation. A lot of thoughtful details with so many comfortable options for relaxing. Centrally located to the beach, and food in either direction. The view is mesmerizing and changes throughout the day with the tides. Sunrise and sunset are extra special watching the variety of birds, dolphins and evolving light and colors on the marsh and sky. Bring your binoculars!
A special shout out to ESPM property management for their great communication, responsiveness and Paul, who helped with an after hours maintenance issue. Wonderful service and memorable experience.

The view gets me every morning !
The best place and location. The home is excellent for a calm, family vacation. Get up, make your coffee and watch the dolphins, then grab your bikes to go to the beach, ride to the village for lunch and head back to the beach. It is nicely furnished. Has an amazing view of the river, easy access to the whole island. It just doesn’t get much better. And the price is very good.

Beautiful, soothing spot!!
Just lovely in every way. We are returning guests and it has been perfect every time! Stunning views of the river...with gorgeous sunsets and wonderful wildlife!
House is decorated so nicely and everything was in order.
Only thing I noticed that was a minor negative, was quite a bit of dust behind headboard on floor. Had dropped my phone charger ...and oh my! It made me realize I need to go home and check mine. ;)
The beds are high enough that it should be an easy fix for housekeeping, and sure would help those of us with allergies.
But we just LOVE this location and it is our favorite after many Kiawah vacations!! Amazing.❤️☀️ �� ���� ��

We love this cottage and its location in Inlet Cove. The views of the Kiawah River and the close proximity to the beach can't be beat. The cottage has been updated and the owners continue to do so. This year the hanging bed in the deck space underneath the cottage was a big hit. We spent many hours watching the sun set from there. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home!
We’ve been renting on Kiawah for ten years in Inlet Cove and this has been the best house we’ve stayed in. Updated spotless interior, very well stocked kitchen for our week of cooking, and perfect location on the river. But, our favorite part was the unique outdoor space this house offered with a full deck, swing, two hammocks and multiple lounge chairs. Even in the cool weather, we loved relaxing together there. Rental company was great to work with, seamless entry, and we loved having a rental credit for bikes. Can’t wait to book this house again!

The Views!
The house is lovely and has incredible views of the Kiawah River. It’s nicely and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The only drawback are the beds and pillows. They’re terrible! Our family of 6 got up every morning with aches and pains. Please Please Please upgrade those and you truly have an exquisite property.

Great home. ESPM was great to work with as well. Their crew went out of their way to make everything enjoyable for us. Only issue is the owner refusing to put screens in the windows and sliding door. This is a vacation rental on a beautiful river and the ocean breeze need to be enjoyed from inside.

Manager Response: Thank you so much for your helpful feedback and your patience! Here in the Lowcountry we of course have an extremely high level of humidity year round, if the AC is running and doors and windows left open in the home that can cause a host of humidity-related issues in the house which in turn will cause problems with rot, wood buckling, mildew and mold. Therefore they opted to leave screens off and made sure that the outdoor spaces surrounding the home were conducive to enjoying the breezes and gorgeous views outside and prevent any humidity issues inside for the long term. Thank you again and we hope you will return soon!

Our stay at 43 Inlet Cove was amazing. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute of it! The cottage is beautifully decorated, well equipped and clean. The views of the river are amazing, and the walk to the beach is short and easy. ESPM is very easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this location and this cottage.

The Perfect Get-Away Home
This cottage was lovely and cozy with incredible views! The kitchen was so well equipped and we loved all of the obvious attention to comfort that greeted you in every room. We especially enjoyed watching the pelicans and dolphins from the sunroom and enjoyed the deck immensely on one of the warmer evenings during our stay. The sunset views were incredible! Even in the middle of winter, we enjoyed dining outside at Jasmine Porch at the Sanctuary. We had a delicious meal and the outdoor heaters kept us comfortable. Walking on the beach, reading, and enjoying "home-cooked" meals at the cottage made this a very relaxing and rejuvenating winter vacation! We would love to return for another stay in late spring or early fall.

We have been vacationing at Kiawah for years...and this location has just become our favorite!! Absolutely stunning views & right on the Kiawah River. Spotted dolphin daily & even a deer swimming across the river one morning! So fun...
The beautifully decorated cottage is also a 5 minute walk to the beach. :) We kayaked, biked, golfed...and enjoyed stunning sunsets and stars!

Best cottage ever
We have stayed in various villas in Inlet Cove and #43 was the nicest unit we have ever rented. It was recently fully renovated, beautifully decorated, well equipped, and has a panoramic view of the Kiawah river. We loved the outdoor living room on the ground level, watching the sun set from the sunroom, and seeing the dolphins go by from the deck.
