This newly renovated villa enjoys an enviable location adjacent to the award-winning Roy Barth Tennis Center and just a short stroll to the beach, The Sanctuary hotel, East Beach Village, and Night Heron Park. Exterior details such as custom awnings, latticed balustrades, wide windows, and hipped rooflines set the Tennis Club Villas apart. Interior details such as whitewashed wood flooring, beadboard wainscoting, shiplap accent walls, and cool hues that reflect the seaside setting give the home an appealing coastal charm. The living room (which does offer a sofabed for extra guests) opens onto the screened porch via a pair of sliding glass doors that provides natural light and extends the living space. The screened porch is the ideal spot for year-round entertaining with ample space for dining and lounging. The updated, efficient kitchen opens directly into the dining room and features a suite of stainless appliances, new cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The large bedroom enjoys an abundance of natural light from a double set of windows and an updated bath with dual vanities, granite countertops, and a tiled, walk-in shower. If you absolutely must work from home there is a desk and chair in the spacious bedroom (monitors not included).

Enjoyable Stay
Nice, clean and overall a great stay. The bedroom lighting can be improved by replacing overhead bulb and lamp bulb. Replacements requested but were not delivered prior to departure. Requested 2 days before departure.

Enjoyed Kiawah Island and our accommodations very much. Beautifully decorated and appointed villa. Love, love, love the screened in porch with the sectional couch and mounted TV. We stayed there last year as well and wanted to come back again. A beautiful spot!

Kiawah Island condo
The unit was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The place was well organized and had everything we needed for 3 days of our stay. There was no internet connection information as was stated in the email that we received, but I called after hour emergency number and the man who I talked to was very nice and worked his side to get it fixed. Very good.

Nicely updated Tennis Club Villa
Great experience- the villa was clean, updated, comfortable and very well appointed. Enjoyed the screened porch- very comfortable seating.

Very Pleased!
This is an ideal location! We were on the resort property primarily to play tennis and hit the beach. We were walking distance to both although we usually rode our rented bikes. The quiet unit was on the second floor. When we were there we loved relaxing in the screened porch with a view of a tennis court. We also appreciated the double sink in the bathroom. I would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay there again.

Spring Getaway
Fantastic weekend for a quite getaway. Beach was a easy walk and golf a Turtle Point was great. Dinners at Tomasso and 48 Wine Bar were delicious!

The Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!!
My Experience was fantastic. The condo was super clean and really well done. This condo was convenient to the Tennis courts, but also convenient to the Sanctuary hotel. We were able to walk to the beach. The bed was super comfy for a big guy like me. The only thing I would recommend is live TV. We have subscriptions to live TV, so it all worked out, but for some that would be a nice touch. I would give this condo a overall score of a 9.8 out of 10 only because of the TV. TVs were huge which was a plus.
