Adorable and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa in the popular Turtle Cove community. Great, central location in East Beach and within walking distance to The Sanctuary hotel, Turtle Point Clubhouse, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and Kiawah's famous beaches. Community has a small dock on a lagoon for wildlife viewing. Bedrooms both have a king bed, perfect for two couples! Homeowner has also provided two, quality twin air mattresses so the villa accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably (available upon request).
NO pets and no smoking.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of $200 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).
If you have the time take a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Kiawah wedding stay
Great house for 2 couples. Space was perfect. The only problem was the front door. It had a code not a lock box with keys (as the book says), and when you used the code, it wouldn’t lock consistently. Everything else was great, and the location on the water was the best to look out with morning coffee.

Lovely Spot in Kiawah
We were staying on Kiawah in an ESPM property and decided to extend our visit ... the staff were extremely helpful in finding us another property that allowed us to seamlessly extend our stay at the last minute. This property on Green Dolphin was very much as pictured in the photos.. a short 6-7 minute walk to the beach, well stocked kitchen and extremely comfy beds. We especially appreciated the ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Lovely Stay!
It was wonderful. Everything was perfectly clean, the location was perfect (quick 5 min. walk to the beach), and it was a great stay with our family with young kids. Will definitely come back!

Clean,Cozy, Comforts of home and Close to the Beach!
The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed -even had sharp knives for food prep! The view of the water and the location to the beach (3 min bike ride) were pluses too.

Unit met all of our expectations for our July visit. The unit matched the online descriptions, was clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet location, the view overlooking a pond, and the reasonable walking distance to the beach. Overall our family had a very memorable visit and would stay at this location again.

Escape to the beach with friends
We had a wonderful long weekend with friends! The pictures are accurate, the villa was extremely clean and comfortable. It was perfect for 2 couples, each room with a king sized bed and private bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a beautiful view of the lagoon with a large colorful coastal bird that is nesting just outside the window! It is just 4/10 of a mile to the beach.

Honeymoon at Kiawah
This was a great place to have our honeymoon. Very relaxed, not busy and everyone is friendly. Close to the beach but would recommend either bring your own wagon or rent the bike and wagon through the voucher. Everything was great and the villa was super nice!!

Perfect Getaway
Our stay at 4820 Turtle Cove was just what the doctor ordered! The villa is in a perfect location across from Turtle Beach access as well as the Roy Barth Tennis Center and Sanctuary Hotel.
The pictures are exactly like the description on line. Well maintained and updated kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings. Both bedrooms are a perfect size with plenty of room. Our only issue was the lockbox and the wrong code but we called the manager on duty and he helped us get in upon arrival.

A perfect holiday escape
The villa sits on a lagoon and was recently refreshed. The kitchen has all the convenience of home with utensils, pots and pans, etc. - more than most vacation rentals have. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. The main living space was great to spread out with games and puzzles. The resort credit was used to rent bikes, and we explored the many bike trails and rode on the beach. This is truly a place I would return to.
