This gorgeous, newly renovated, three bedroom, townhouse-style villa in the popular, centrally located Turtle Point community has everything you could need. The villa has amazing views right on Jack Nicklaus' famous Turtle Point golf course! Walk or ride bikes within minutes to The Sanctuary hotel, Turtle Point Clubhouse/Tomasso, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and of course, Kiawah's beautiful beaches!
From the light, airy, coastal decor to the newly renovated and modern kitchen and baths, this is the perfect spot for unwinding after a day on the course, courts, or the beach! Relax on the back porch overlooking the fairway. A spacious master suite with a king bed and two guest rooms with private baths ensure you and your guests are all comfortable during your stay.
There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island
No smoking and no pets allowed
Stays beginning March 1st, 2020 of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals! The credit amount for this property is $200. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours and the process is simple!
As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Vacation Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, we will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
