This gorgeous, popular villa just keeps getting better and better! Whether you are coming to Kiawah to enjoy the beach, golf, tennis, or just relaxing this property is the perfect spot! This beautiful, centrally located villa in popular Turtle Point community of Kiawah Island has been recently updated with wonderful, modern features and new furnishings. Located on the first floor for ease of access, the villa overlooks the 17th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course, is located within walking distance to Kiawah’s Five Star Sanctuary luxury resort and spa, the island's pristine beaches (about 5 min walk), Roy Barth Tennis Center, Turtle Point Golf Course and Tomasso Italian restaurant.
Calming, coastal hues and expansive windows make this charming villa feel open and airy with lots of light. Enjoy stunning golf/lagoon views from the living areas of the property. The living room does have a new queen-sized sofa bed for your extra guests. The sliding glass doors lead you out onto the back deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the golfers tee-off.
The open floor plan connects the living room (queen sized sofabed) with the dining room which seats 4, the kitchen which also has seating for 3 at the breakfast bar, and the spacious sunroom. Grab a good book and unwind in the sunroom which offers plenty of seating, as well as a twin-sized daybed. French doors and a large closet allow for privacy, making this the third bedroom.
The freshly redone kitchen comes fully stocked for all your meal prep needs including all new appliances!
There is a full sized washer and dryer provided as well so all your vacation needs are taken care of.
The large master bedroom holds a king-size bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and bathroom. The fully remodeled bathroom has a tub/shower combo with glass door and tile surround, tile flooring, granite counters, recessed lighting, and bead board. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and large vanity area with granite counters and recessed lighting. There is a sofa sleeper for extra guests in the living room.
No pets and no smoking. Villa buildings do not allow grills.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Excellent location
We have visited Kiawah Island for many years and this villa is one of our favorite rentals. It is just a short walk to the beach and it has a view of the golf course and a lagoon across the way. The pantry with pull out shelves came in handy and it was nice having upscale appliances to use in the kitchen. We plan to return and would certainly recommend this unit to others.

My Happy Place
We were return visitors to this property and hope to continue to be for many years ! It was perfect for our needs ...extremely comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, quiet environment, spotlessly clean, beautiful views and outdoor space, a lovely serene aesthetic, less than 5 minute walk to the beach and great proximity to Sanctuary for the odd indulgence.

Nice view of the golf course on a 1st floor level
Management firm was responsive to various issues such as an abandoned sofa near the front door, light bulbs, etc. love all the features of Kiawah and short walk to beach, parking at the door easy. loved the beach credit package used for bikes for free.

First Time Staying in Kiawah!
We had a wonderful stay on Kiawah for our family vacation. The Turtle Point Villa location was ideal: 5 min walk to the beach, short bike ride to Tennis Center, and right on the 17th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course! We thoroughly enjoyed doing each of these activities all week. Our Condo was neat and clean. AC worked great for this hot summer time! W/D was a bit small and long for 4 adults. Some light switches didn't work and could not figure out how to use ceiling fan in MBedroom without the light being on.

Manager Response: Thank you so much for your feedback! I know you spoke with the property manager a few times during your stay, unfortunately the community management company is in charge of the exterior of the buildings and they were planning work under the building this spring so needed the easy access for measurements. The work will be completed over the coming months while the unit is out of order (new floors, etc also being done) so it will be in top form for summer!

Perfect spring break spot
5 stars all around, what a perfect spot with plenty of room for our family. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has been recently renovated with all brand new appliances and it had plenty of storage, surprisingly more than I would have expected. We would gladly return! The property management company was also a pleasure to work with.

Great Place!
4990 Turtle Point was a fantastic location close to everything. Daily walks to the beach, playing on the Turtle Point course, access to the Town Center were all within easy strolls. The accommodations were perfectly clean, comfortable, with a great deck and views of the golf course. I hope we are fortunate enough to return and enjoy all Kiawah has to offer. Thank you!

Perfect location
We had a wonderful week at this East village villa, just a few minutes walk to the beach, the sanctuary and tennis. The beach rental credit allowed us to take advantage of the bike trails, loved working off the calories, although we missed how to claim that credit on the arrival instructions so didn’t get the bikes til 2 days after arrival. The villa is really well equipped especially the kitchen but the amenities should be updated to reflect that on the website eg there is a Kuerig coffee maker which is not listed and when I inquired about what type of coffee maker was told by website their was none.

Perfect Location!
We had a wonderful week in the villa. Spacious for our family of 5, the sun room with the pullout sofa bed was a bonus! The outside deck space was lovely and we spend a lot of our time outside. The walk to the beach was so easy and close. Easy check in with the key box outside, the villa was just as pictured and well equipped for all of our needs. We would definitely recommend the villa!

PERFECT COUPLE GETAWAY!!
I was experiencing a lot of stressors both at work and flooding at home. My Soldiers surprised me and my husband with an unexpected weekend at this property. That by itself was a tear jerker and then my husband and I arrived to Turlte Point and I broke down again. It was absolutely beautiful, perfect location, clean, every amenity as you were at home. The view of the golf course and the sound of the Ocean waves were perfect! All around, excellent experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We loved the golf views from this villa! The villa has been tastefully decorated, furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed the sunroom.Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were high end. The property description and photos were accurate. These villas are close to the beach, golf and Sanctuary.

Relaxing Vacation
The property was extremely nice and comfortable. Has everything you could ever need except a pizza slicer. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and I loved the decor. We loved sitting on the back porch each morning to drink coffee and evening to relax. Very close to the beach which was a big convenience to be able to walk there. Renting or bringing a bike is a must to get around the island.

We love this place
This is our second time staying at this gem. I don't want to get the word out how great it is because I don't want it to be all booked up! Ha. But a wonderfully pleasant stay for my husband, myself, and our 2 young boys. Walkable to beach, tennis courts, paved trails. We rode bikes every day. Night heron park is a short drive or a bike ride away. The only negative was that we wanted to keep our personal bikes in a covered area. The bike racks out front are uncovered. Annoying to lug them up stairs to the semi-covered area on back porch. Also, a little afraid of stray golf balls from the course. They hits trees near us a couple times, but never our porch, but still made me a little nervous. On the positives, the beds are amazing. Beautifully decorated. Very wonderfully located nature retreat.

Fantastic location, great condition and loved the first floor unit which we were in, be able to walk right out onto the grass there on the fairway. Awesome place, highly recommended. Didn't get a chance to play the course, but will be back to test it out. Very clean unit, love the layout easy to get comfy.

Month of February at Turtle Point
We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Point Villa 4990 in Kiawah Island. The location was the best. Three minute walk to a beautiful stretch of beach, so peaceful and serene. The villa was very comfortable and clean and provided nice amenities. The kitchen was equipped with a variety of pan and kitchen utensils that we used to cook such wonderful local seafood.
The furniture and beds were so comfortable!!! The vacation management were so helpful and responded to questions immediately. We had fun watching the golfers as we sat on the deck and enjoyed all the places we

Great vacation rental
We had a wonderful vacation on Kiawah. This rental was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach. Condo was clean and provided everything we needed, beds were super comfy! Each time i contacted rental agency with a question they responded very quickly. We would definately stay here again.

Lovely Location, Steps from the Beach!
My husband and two college-aged children rented this villa for a week, and everyone was very happy with it. The golf course overlook was serene, and the walk to the beach was easy --- 3 minutes. Not worth biking. We often sat on the rockers on the back porch and watched the white heron fishing in the pond directly across the fairway. There was plenty of space for four adults and the unit was well appointed. The manager was very responsive to questions. There are some nice restaurants on the island -- we had a special bday dinner at Jasmine Porch at the Sanctuary resort that was lovely. And we spent a day in Charleston that was great fun -- charming city! Great food and shopping, pretty architecture. For baseball fans, don't miss a game at the model stadium in town - the Charleston River Dogs are a Yanks farm team. Something for everyone on this vacation :)

Turtle Point villa's location is absolutely fantastic. Located only 5-minute walk from the beach. I enjoyed back porch area in the early afternoons when it was too hot for outdoor activities. Overall our family had a pleasant stay at the Turtle point.

Fantastic porch view!
This place was on the first floor, just a couple stairs to get up and then all one level. The interior was beautifully decorated, like a beach pottery barn catalogue. Very clean. Our favorite place was the back porch. Rockers and an outdoor dining table for 4. We sat out there all the time and enjoyed the beautiful view over the golf course. Gorgeous old trees, sound of the ocean. Just so relaxing. We saw deer and birds and an alligator chase a mongoose! (In a pond across the golf course.) The place was just perfect. Beds were comfortable, good shower pressure in the master, lots of storage in the bedrooms. Small kitchen, but we still cooked a couple nights. Well equipped. Lots of great dining on the island too. Beach was walkable distance down a path with our 2 little children. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!
We arrived at the rental unit only to find there was no power to several building in the complex. When we contacted our rental agent, we were provided with an alternate rental property that was very luxurious. We stayed at that location for one night and then returned to the rental property we originally booked. The villa was beautiful and clean (except for a few ants that appeared in the kitchen) and we could hear the ocean from the deck. The beach was a five minute walk from our villa. We would certainly visit Kiawah Island again.

Turtle Point Review
The villa was very clean and spacious. The bathrooms and bedrooms were nicely appointed. Enjoyed the sunroom as well. The den sofa was not as comfortable, very soft. The view of the fairway from the deck was beautiful. A good getaway overall and would visit again.

Lovely condo with all you need!
We loved the proximity to the beach, the golf course as our front lawn, the chic style of the condo's decor, the well-equipped yet uncluttered kitchen, the beautiful bathrooms, the access to beach gear (outdoor porch closet) and the very helpful rental property manager who was responsive and helpful in advance of our arrival. We enjoyed biking all over the island. I was disappointed with the food options on Kiawah (limited, not great quality and high-priced--most restaurants do not take reservations) and the lack of sail boats to rent. Otherwise, a great stay! Thanks you to the owner and to ESPM!

I am sorry you were disappointed in Kiawah's dining options, they are always striving for more variety and availability and that sail boats are not widely available here, I am unsure the exact reasoning but motor boats and kayaks have always been the preferred water vehicles around the sea islands, sail boats I believe can be found on Charleston Harbor fairly regularly. I do hope you will consider return to Kiawah and please let us know if you do!

Great vacation home. Very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great location for a short stroll to the beach and great biking area. We will definitely go back and would gladly share our experience and recommend to others.

Perfect Beach Get-a-way!
Family, Beach, & Fun! You couldn't ask for more other than to stay longer! Our only hick-up was there were ants in the kitchen and the door from patio room to deck needs some attention. Plan on staying here again next year during the Kiawah Eye Conference!

Working with ESPM was very easy after an initial conversation over the phone all other communication was easily handled via email. We received all the information needed to access the island and villa. Everybody has there own decorating taste, this villa appeared to be recently remodeled and clean.

Very pleased with the rental. The overall appearance and appointments of the condo were excellent. The light and fresh decor was quite appealing. The location to the beach couldn't better - just 5 minutes walk, ideal for a short trip back for snacks yet far enough away that you did not hear the wind and surf. Walking distance to the Sanctuary. Loved ordering beach chairs and umbrellas from a local service in advance and having them waiting for us on the beach!

Enjoyable Experience.
The unit is as advertised. Very well maintained, nice upgrades, very clean and in an excellent location. Very short walk to the beach. The management company is very well organized, responsive and was very pleasant to work with. Would readily rent the condo and work with the same management company again.

4990 Turtle Point Property
Our two-day stay in this immaculate condo was relaxing and just a short walk to the beach. Nature abounds! Within an hour of our arrival, we saw an alligator sunning itself across the golf course out back! We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck, listening to the sounds of nature. Deer appeared on our drive to dinner, and I watched an osprey building her nest. A lovely island and a lovely condo!

Christmas on kiawah
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condominium. The beach is so close you can hear the ocean and just a quick, beautiful walk from the front door. Management was easy to deal with and quick to respond.
