New pool pics! 50 Burroughs Hall is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac behind Kiawah's second security gate. Its location is close to many world-class amenities, including Turtle Point golf course and The Sanctuary Hotel. The beach is just a short bike ride away on a dedicated bike path. Or head over to nearby family friendly Night Heron Park with a playground and nature center for kids to explore! A brand new fenced in swimming pool makes this the perfect vacation spot (pool can be heated for an extra fee). All new furnishings and landscaping around the pool area make this a personal haven for relaxation!
Built in the classic style of the elegant Charleston house this Hardie plank home welcomes family and guests onto its front facing piazza, through its grand front door into an airy first floor. The interior design is enhanced with beautifully elegant features, including rich Brazilian hardwood flooring, high ceilings, elegant trims and moldings, and picture windows.
The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. French doors lead onto a screened porch with an outdoor kitchen, which creates a wonderful flow for entertaining inside and out.
Fully equipped, the spacious kitchen features bright custom cabinetry with a glass display, a pantry, polished granite counters, a sleek Wolf cooktop, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and upgraded appliances for ease of use and function.
The screened porch offers plenty of room to relax, read, and dine al fresco. The outdoor kitchen offers all you need for entertaining family and friends.
The primary bedroom with a king bed is on the first floor and includes a spacious sunlit area, and a generously sized ensuite bath oasis with custom cabinetry, a freestanding spa tub, walk-in shower, and private water closet. The walk-in closet features a convenient pass-through to the laundry area. There is also a bright and airy office enclosed with glass French doors that makes an ideal environment to focus on the task at hand.
The second-floor open hall has plenty of room for the family entertainment center with access to a second-floor porch which makes it a lovely spot for enjoying the cool breezes from the encompassing tree canopy. Three additional bedrooms (another king, a queen, and a room with four twins) offer every comfort with walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Historic Charleston is only a 30 minute drive from the villa where you can have a carriage ride, visit boutique shops, walk through the open market, and enjoy dining in numerous restaurants located in the city.

LDW getaway
We had a quick getaway for Labor Day weekend. We met our adult children and their friends at this house. We always rent with ESPM when we go to Kiawah. They make the process so easy and their rental properties are always top notch. 50 Burroughs Hall was the perfect setup for us. Everybody had space and the main living area was comfortable enough for us all to hang out in. The house is beautifully decorated and looks brand new inside. We loved hanging by the pool and even had enough space in the basement to play cornhole one night when it was too "buggy" outside to play. The house had everything we needed to cook and entertain with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property and fantastic week!
Our family has been coming to Kiawah for over a decade and renting with ESPM only. Their team is phenomenal. We had only one need and they quickly responded. This house was spectacular! Neat, clean, roomy. Everything you could ask for. The kitchen was well equipped. We had enough space to spread out. The pool was enjoyed all hours of the day. The beach was a quick bike ride away or a quick drop off at boardwalk #30. The owners have done a very good job of making you feel right at home. We have already rented again for next year and can’t wait to be back!

Stunning custom home with new private pool!
The house was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated with attention to details in every room! The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into amenities and objects around the home. The house was spotless, filled with any supplies you may need. It truly was a magical stay thanks to the recent renovation of the entire home! The bedrooms are stately and the beds were super comfortable with plush linens.
We really enjoyed the screen porch overlooking the brand new pool.
The location is close to Freshfield Village with boutique shops and restaurants.
We had drinks and nibbles at the Ryder Cup Bar at the Ocean Course Clubhouse, shopped at nearby Freshfield village, ate lunch at the wine bar, rode bikes to the beach and went for walks along the very private drive.
The heated pool is now a must for future vacations in spring!
We would definitely rent again as it always felt nice to come "home" to such a spacious, and perfectly decorated house.
For everyone contemplating this one, I can guarantee you that this house is perfect!

Perfect Kiawah Vacation Rental
My husband and I rarely post reviews of our vacation rentals; however, we felt we must share our comments about this home. From the moment we walked in the door, we were so impressed with the cleanliness and lovely furnishings. The home is very spacious and open. The owners had decorated the home with such a warm and inviting decor. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our week's visit. We are coffee drinkers and took advantage of the coffee bar each morning. The location was perfect- a short drive to Freshfield Village with great shops and outdoor dining. My husband has a little mobility issue and the elevator was a plus; also a great help with unloading luggage and groceries. It is a perfect home for families with younger children also. The bunk room,which included 2 twin beds, was perfect for the younger ones. The office area on the first floor was great for "working from home" members---and a quiet place to read. Whether we were biking, walking or enjoying their new pool---we loved every day vacationing in this home. Our plan is to
book this home for our next Kiawah vacation-our Rating a 10 star!!!

We stayed at this home for a business conference and golfing trip. The central location of the house provided easy access to all parts of the island. The heated pool was great after a day on the course. We spent a lot of time on the back porch having drinks at the end of each day. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen seemed well stocked, and the built-in grill looked fantastic. Beds were comfortable. I am currently in discussions with my wife about coming back for a family vacation.
