Surrounded by beautiful oak trees on a quiet residential street, 511 Ruddy Turnstone is the ideal Island getaway. Located within easy access to Kiawah Islands 10-mile beach, Night Heron Park, and The Sanctuary hotel. Freshfields Village and downtown Charleston are just a short drive away. This charming Lowcountry home offers everything required for relaxed, coastal casual living: a welcoming front porch, large back deck with sparkling pool, spacious enclosed sunroom with gorgeous views of Kiawah's lush landscapes, and an open floor plan with lots of space for family and friends to relax and unwind. The front entrance opens into a light filled, two-story living room that features rich hardwood flooring, a Charleston brick-appointed fireplace, custom built-ins, skylights, and oversized sliding glass doors out to the enclosed sunroom. Sunny and warm, the spacious enclosed sunroom is surrounded by windows and dressed in cool ceramic tile flooring. With plenty of space for dining and social seating, the sunroom offers extended year-round living space that offers a wonderful flow for entertaining. Just off the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features polished granite counters and center island with cooktop, abundant custom and glass front cabinetry, hardwood flooring, a pass through into the formal dining room, as well as a table-space breakfast nook embraced by bay windows and serene views. The dining room with tall ceilings, oversized picture windows, and lush views offers a perfect space for more formal celebrations. Spacious and soothing, the first floor master bedroom features hardwood floors, abundant natural light, a large walk-in closet, and a completely renovated en suite bathroom with stone tile flooring, marble-topped double vanity, large stone walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, recessed lighting, and large windows for natural light. Three additional guest bedrooms upstairs feature large closets, picture windows, ceiling fans, and newly renovated bathrooms—one a private en suite—and offer family and friends with private space to rest and retreat. If you must work on vacation (though we hope you don't!) there is a cozy office space available. There is a new sleeper sofa in the office for an added visitor.

This spacious property has plenty of room for a large family or two families to share, there is plenty of room to spread out; amazing outdoor space, and a peaceful setting make this the perfect Kiawah getaway!

Pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day (four day minimum required). Its an electric heater is most efficient during spring and fall (generally just designed to extend the season, will go up about 10 degrees from ambient temp), may not be able to keep up with low winter temps.

No smoking and no pets allowed

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of $300 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Fabulous vacation!
Our party of 7 (4 adults, 3 toddlers) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already discussing a repeat trip!

The property was clean and perfectly provisioned - especially the kitchen. We loved having the pool and the extra space that the sunroom, office and garage provided.

Location worked very well for our group. We enjoyed being so close the awesome playground at Night Heron park and to the bike trails (daily bike rides were a favorite), but also enjoyed the convenient proximity to East Beach Village and Freshfields for quick grocery trips. .

Our only complaint is that we didn’t book an extra night - a 4 night stay just wasn’t long enough.

ESPM was great start to finish! Staff was responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend both this management company and this property to anyone.
