5146 Southern Pines can be described in two words: effortless luxury. As you open the door to this coastal chic home you are greeted with floor to ceiling views of the ocean. To your left is a powder room with fun wallpaper adding a bit of flair to the space. To your right is the wine bar and laundry area. With a wine fridge and coffee station it holds everything you may need to take you from morning to night. The kitchen features floating shelves, waterfall countertop, bar seating, and an open concept into the living area. The living room is designed with organic materials like wood beams, stone fireplace and shiplap highlighted by the perfect views of the ocean and the outdoor living space. The balcony features a large dining table, conversation seating and bar height table perfect for enjoying the stunning views. The master bedroom has views of the ocean and a large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a large double vanity with an oversized bathtub and shower. The second bedroom features an on suite bathroom and cozy atmosphere.

As a guest at 5146 Southern Pines you have access to The Cape community amenities that are all right outside your building, including the oceanfront infinity pool, gym, grill deck and beach access. The Cape only allows rentals of at least 45 days, shorter stays are prohibited.
