As a guest at 5410 Southern Pines you have access to The Cape community amenities that are all right outside your building, including the oceanfront infinity pool, gym, grill deck and beach access. The Cape is a great location near the Resort courses, this can be an incredible home base for a golfer's vacation to play the island courses and nearby Charleston area courses as well.
This stunning new three build on the 1st floor (just above the garage) does have an elevator for easy access, this modern masterpiece property has a stunning view of The Cape's stunning landscaped courtyard and is an easy 2-3 min walk to Kiawah's famous beaches as well as all the Cape has to offer.
A spacious living space and contemporary kitchen with high end appliances greet you. The primary suite comes complete with a spa-quality bath and comfortable king bed. There are two guest bedrooms with ensuite baths for guests to relax. There is a laundry room plus butler's pantry with a mini fridge for some extra space.
