The main level has a den with a pull out couch (great spot for the kids to have their own space!), large laundry, spacious master suite with a queen bed and large ensuite bathroom. There is also a queen bedroom with full bath.
The second floor has a queen bedroom with private bath. There is also a room with two twins and another guest room with two full beds that share a spacious bathroom.
This spacious property has plenty of room for a large family or two families to share, there is plenty of room to spread out; amazing outdoor space, and a peaceful setting make this the perfect Kiawah getaway!

Stays of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours and the process is simple! Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.
RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, we will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

The view on to the Marsh is peaceful & expansive. The beach is an easy 7 min bike ride away (access 39 or 40).
My only suggested improvements would be:
1) a new washing machine (the front loader was moldy & smelled). Top loaders are so much easier to keep clean in a rental.
2) a outdoor dining table & chairs on the back porch.

Salt Cedar is a quiet street lined with well maintained homes. Easy mile bike ride to beach.
