Update: newly painted home! This incredible home is immaculate and well maintained. This inviting 4 bedroom, 4 bath home has incredible views of the marsh and access to a community dock which is a great spot for fishing and wildlife viewing. The living room has an open, two story ceiling with floor to ceiling windows and lots of light. An open kitchen has plenty of storage and counter space for meal prep and leads right to a dining table for 8 and a screened porch with comfortable seating for sunset cocktails on the porch!

The main level has a den with a pull out couch (great spot for the kids to have their own space!), large laundry, spacious master suite with a queen bed and large ensuite bathroom.

The second floor has a queen bedroom with private bath. There is also a room with two twins and another guest room with two full beds that share a spacious bathroom.

This spacious property has plenty of room for a large family or two families to share, there is plenty of room to spread out; amazing outdoor space, and a peaceful setting make this the perfect Kiawah getaway!

No smoking and no pets allowed

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 and 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Would definitely stay here again
Beautiful home on the marsh with doc access. We have been coming to Kiawah for 25 years and have seen it grow and develop. We stayed in many areas but love being on the marsh. This home was beautiful, comfy and well equipped with everything we needed- including beach towels!

beautiful house, great quiet location
Great condition and quiet location, beautiful views. One issue is the LOUD sound and VIBRATION of one AC unit into the walls, floor and bed of the downstairs front bedroom. Sleep was nearly impossible for us the entire weekend.

Great Location!
Very quiet area with little road traffic....two docks {a shared dock as well as the community dock} close by. Perfect location for bike riding out to the four peninsulas jutting out into the marshes.

Wonderful Stay!
ESPM was so easy to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. We loved the property!!! Lovely views, beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings and a terrific screened-in porch. Great house with a great marsh view.
We rented this house for our first vacation in 20 months. Simplybut well appointed, queen beds, no king beds, comfortable and clean.

Lovely home in beautiful setting
Our week at 55 Salt Cedar Lane was a wonderful vacation. The home is spacious, well laid out and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked and well laid out.

The view on to the Marsh is peaceful & expansive. The beach is an easy 7 min bike ride away (access 39 or 40).

My only suggested improvements would be:
1) a new washing machine (the front loader was moldy & smelled). Top loaders are so much easier to keep clean in a rental.
2) a outdoor dining table & chairs on the back porch.

Wonderful vacation

Home Away From Home!
My family and I rented 55 Salt Cedar to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday. Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The house literally met all of our needs. The open floor plan made it easy to congregate without feeling crowded. In addition, there was a minor maintenance issue, and not only did ESPM go over and beyond to accommodate my family and I, the owners of the home also followed up to ensure that we were taken care of and had an enjoyable stay. Amazing customer service!

beautiful home in lovely setting
We stayed in this lovely home with 5 other couples. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and a perfect property for what we wanted. Our only complaint was that it wasn't well stocked with necessities (trash bags for example) and the kitchen wasn't well stocked - with enough pans, large bowls and such for us for the meals we prepared. It was a bit surprising for the amount we paid to rent it.

Comfortable home
The house is beautiful and has great views of the marsh. Large dining table and plenty of seating in the living room. We had a few things that we brought to the management company’s attention that they immediately tried to fix. The other downstairs bedroom is very cold and we tried to shut the vents a bit but had no luck there should have been an extra blanket in the closet. Instead my friends were shivering all night till we got them a blanket from another room. I would also recommend a few more wine glasses.

Kiawah Island vacation
This vacation rental was a great place for our family of 13 to stay. The proximity to the beach is a mere 10 minute bike ride. The home itself was very clean. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. Would go again and consider this rental.

Our family stayed in this fabulous home for a week in May and loved it. Clean, comfortable, bright, freshly updated and the best location in Kiawah. ESPM provided exceptional service to us. We will definitely return.

Home away from home
Gorgeous home! Beautiful high end furnishings and decor. Kitchen stocked with quality dishes and glassware. Cookware in great condition. Keurig and operable blender a plus! Mattress in master very comfortable. Lots of extra blankets and pillows throughout house.
Salt Cedar is a quiet street lined with well maintained homes. Easy mile bike ride to beach.

Great rental through the second gate on Kiawah. Our family loves to bike and play golf so it was the perfect location close to Osprey as well as the Ocean Course and we easily rode bikes to the beach each day. The house is exactly as depicted with ample space and amenities. ESPM could not have been more helpful and we would definitely recommend them and would stay at this property again.

Great for our family reunion!
