As you cross the threshold of this first-floor villa, a lovely space unfolds, overlooking a lagoon where serenity finds its home. The interior is luminous, adorned with clean lines, resplendent hardwood floors, and an embrace of cooling coastal design.
In the living room, natural light cascades through double sets of sliding glass doors, opening a portal to the screened porch—where the outdoors becomes an integral part of your indoor life. As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).
If you have the time take a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Clean, renovated condo
Clean, renovated condo conveniently located on a quiet cul de sac on Kiawah Island. Bike or walk to the beach, quick drive to the shops and restaurants at Fresh Fields. Everything in unit as expected, plus extremely responsive hosts. Perfect for four people. We would happily stay again.

Perfect holiday stay
Our stay was perfect for the holiday weekend. Surrounded by beautiful views in a beautiful place. The place was very clean and organized. Once checked in we had issues logging in to the main t.v. within minutes ESPM responded with helpful instructions to a solution! We would stay here again!
