Featuring calming coastal colors and artful design features, this 5 bedroom stunner at 56 Fletcher Hall is located in the desirable Vanderhorst Plantation area of the island and is centrally located and easy biking distance to many of the island's best amenities including The Sanctuary hotel, golf, tennis, and Kiawah's famous beaches of course.

This lovely Lowcountry locale has something for everyone. Enter the front door and escape into a comfortable living area, relax in your sparkling private pool, have your morning coffee in the spacious screened porch, or have a meal with the whole group in the spacious eat-in kitchen. The kitchen features a wet bar with ice maker, high end appliances, and is well stocked with plenty of counter space for meal prep. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your beach day and numerous other amenities throughout.

There is plenty of room for extended family or two families to spread out in this spacious home. Two master suites with king beds and private baths are located on the second floor with three guest bedrooms that share a hall bath. One of the guest rooms has a king and another has a queen bed. The fifth and extra large bedroom has two double over double bunk sets with a total of four full/double sized beds.

No long term stays, 14 night max.

Pool can be heated for an additional $175 per day (four day minimum required).

No smoking and no pets allowed. Garage access and the fireplaces are off limits for guest use.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of $300 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Town of Kiawah Island Business License #RBL20-000385, max occupancy 12, 3 driveway parking spots, fines issued by Town of $150 and up for additional vehicles and prohibited vehicles, guests are responsible for fines incurred

Very good,bur no light over dining table all week,quite inconvenient

Spacious Home in Good Location
8 ladies rented this home while we played in a tennis tournament. We liked the quiet location and the pretty pool. We enjoyed using the bikes that came with our beach gear package. The home only has three full baths and a powder room, which was a challenge for our group. The bunk room does not have a full bath nearby. The floors were dirty and need a good mop. Some of the kitchen items need to be tossed and replaced. A second coffee maker would be helpful. ESPM was responsive during our stay.

Great House
This was a great house and extremely clean in a great location right on the bike path. The decor and layout was really nice. It has a really large table for 2 families to gather. And the screened porch is huge and with the fan going it’s a great place to rest comfortably even in hot weather. The only thing that was annoying was that 3 bathrooms had toilet seats that were too small and they kept sliding.

Fun had by ALL!
This was a beautiful and perfect home for a family of 4 with little children, grandparents and 2 uncles! It was a great location, had everything we needed. The pool temperature was perfect for beginning of April. The home was clean and ready for us to start our relaxation. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach depending on if you have children or not. It was so safe and we felt like we could leave our bikes and helmets outside. The VayK equipment access was made easy. The management company was easy to get ahold of and answered all questions quickly. All of the utensils and and equipment for the kitchen was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and it was a wonderful family vacation, would highly recommend!
