Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $150 a day, four day minimum.
Ideal for indoor and outdoor entertaining, the living room flows seamlessly into a dining area that comfortably seats eight and opens to the spacious screened porch, an idyllic spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings. The gourmet kitchen, which was recently finished just a year ago, adorned in whites and golds, features stainless steel appliances including a Jenn Air gas stove, LG convection oven microwave, and refrigerator, a GE dishwasher, granite countertops, and a kitchen island/breakfast counter that seats four. A pass-through connects the kitchen to the living room.
The primary bedroom, with its high ceiling, opens to the deck through framed sliding glass doors. It features a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with ceramic tiled floors, a glass walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a beautiful wood vanity with granite counters and dual sinks.
