This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is the perfect location for your next getaway! You are welcomed by beautiful landscaping and a recently updated kitchen and bathrooms, as well as a cozy screened in porch to enjoy the scenery.
The heart of this home is its vaulted ceiling, open living, and dining space - perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The screened porch overlooks a serene backyard and leads to a full deck. The updated kitchen boasts stylish quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The first-floor master suite with a comfortable king sized bed has direct access to the deck and a renovated bath featuring a tile shower, dual sink vanity, and walk-in closet. Upstairs each guest bedroom features a full sized bed, a workspace, a closet and its own sink, connecting to a shared tub/shower. One guest room has a trundle underneath the full bed, the other guest room has a twin bed on top of the full for plenty of extra room. A scenic neighborhood path leads to West Beach and Cougar Point. The West Beach location offers easy on/off-island access.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Guests do not have access to the Resort pools. No smoking and no pets allowed.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
