Close to Turtle Point Club House, Night Heron Park, East Beach Village, and the Sanctuary Hotel, this residence provides easy access to Kiawah's famed beaches, just a leisurely stroll away via the nearby Beach Boardwalk. Within this community lies a shared oasis—a refreshing pool beckoning residents.

Adorned with coastal-inspired furnishings, every corner of this villa exudes elegance and thoughtful design. Enter the great room, where open-plan living and dining areas seamlessly blend, accentuated by rich hardwood floors and coffered ceilings.

Step through the framed glass door onto the screened porch, an invitation to embrace the serenity of the Lowcountry outdoors. Here, a grill and SubZero beverage cooler await, promising delightful al fresco gatherings. The dining area offers a picturesque view through its expansive windows framed by verdant foliage.

At the heart of the home lies the kitchen, adorned with sleek custom cabinetry and stone countertops, featuring top-of-the-line appliances including a Wolf oven and Subzero refrigerator. A central island with an inset sink and breakfast bar for two or three completes the space.

Retreat to the primary bedroom, where a tray ceiling lends an air of tranquility, and a balcony beckons through a framed glass door. A spacious walk-in closet provides ample storage, while the en-suite bath offers a luxurious escape, boasting a tiled oasis with an inset tub, glass-walled shower, dual vanities atop stone counters, and a private water closet.

Each guest bedroom offers its own private haven, complete with tastefully appointed baths featuring walk-in showers and stone countertops, accented by charming beadboard details and welcoming windows.

The Maritime community restrictions prohibit rental guests from bringing pets and from using the electric grills on the back deck and the fireplace for fire code safety reasons. There is a designated grilling area by the pool. The facility is also non-smoking.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
